I don't think this place is even open. I had an appointment back in June which they cancelled the day of due to the machine being down. They said they'd call me back to make a new appointment the next day, I never heard back. I called the following week and they said the machine was still down. I waited a few weeks, called, emailed, no response. Between then and now I've called and emailed no less than 10 times. When you call there's a random machine that picks up then you get an automated text bot. I made an appointment through this bot which was then cancelled again the day of by what I assume was a real person. I texted that person back and no response, again. I wouldn't even had bothered if I didn't pre pay for the treatment. Hundreds of dollars just gone. read more

The worst experience! 1st time I didn't get to get any service because I waited over 40 min and had to leave. 2nd time finally about to get my fungus treatment. I was In and out in 2 min. 3rd time I waited 25 min but that was the only time I actually got normal service. The lady work on my toes for 15min and she was nice. However I did not see any results afterwards. And my last appointment yesterday was a disaster. Waited 1 hour for my treatment. In the 1 minute, the technician hurt my toe so bad, she left the laSer for too long and caused me a great pain. I don't ever want to go there again. So happy I chose this clinic. Previously I had sessions I booked on random spas I found on Groupon but after getting mediocre results with fake laser from other places I ultimately returned back to the place I was running from in the first place- the razor! Once you do laser though the razor works in conjunction with your sessions so it's a necessary evil. After my second session / touch up I have yet to find any hair down there front and backside. I also did my underarms one time and no hair has grown back since which says a lot because I'm a hairy person. Laser hurts like hell! But it is really worth it. She gave me info about her top of the line laser machine and also spoke to me about how it works much more effectively than other places. We lasered both my underarms with great results. This clinic has such an amazing vibe, it is very clean and aesthetically soothing. I have been a total of 3 times for laser hair removal and 4 times for sunspot removal. I have 30 years of freckles compounded on top of each other so it takes a few treatments to get the desired result. I don't do well with pain although I know beauty is pain. Jenny, the best laser technician ever made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, explaining everything and answering all my questions. She uses a very unique system that involves cooling each time the laser blasts the hair. Not bad at all! I am no longer scared of the process but excited for my next treatment! Never had a spray tan in my whole life but I wanted to try it out for my wedding. I ended up getting a three pack Groupon to this spot. Everyone was super friendly and no hard time was given for using a Groupon. The offered complimentary wine. The spray tan girl was great and made sure to ask how dark I wanted, etc. the tan looked natural and ended up lasting almost a week both times I got it, and that is even with daily workouts.
