The receptionist didn't seem to know what the non-incisional method was so I had to explain to her what it was. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes to ask a nurse. When she got back on the phone, she asked for my age (32). Then she said the nurse mentioned at your age, non-incision method is not possible because of all the fat and skin. Very strange because they never saw photos of my eyelids and immediately gave me an answer based on my age.
