Haven't had my brows touched in years. Always have been hesitant to go because my brows are sparse and I've always been afraid the esthetician will take off more than I want and leave me brow less. I trusted Yelp and booked an appointment online. Kristine immediately made me feel at ease, asked me about my expectations and patiently explained her process. Kristine made sure to draw a line around my natural brow line so that I can envision what she was going to do. She did a nice job of cleaning up my stray hairs by first waxing then tweezing closer to the brow. So glad I found her! I am very low maintenance and she definitely did not upsell. No pictures lol because I don't want to post MY brows... read more

Kristine is a true professional who cares about her clients. Her studio was warm, welcoming and clean. She took her time to explain and show me the process used to shape my eyebrows. After evaluating the state of my eyebrows, Kristine told me I did not need the more expensive service I originally booked. She also listened to my needs and concerns about being a first time eyebrow client. When I asked her for a nail salon referral, she took the time to book the appointment for me. I will definitely book more appointments with Kristine. read more

Yeung studios has been a great find in Bayside! I found out about Yeung Studio when I wasn't able to get in contact with my usual brow girl in the city that I had gone to for about 10 years. The girls know when you find someone good you stick with them, especially when it comes to your eyebrows! So as much as I didn't want to cheat on my previous brow girl I'm so glad I did! I will continue to be consistent with Kristine! Kristine is super personable and attentive and kind and does a great job. She's helped my eyebrows grow more evenly and provides personalized advice for your needs. I haven't tried the facials but my friend has and she was happy with the result and attention. Hoping to try more services soon. read more

I had a brow lamination and wax done today. My first time for both and Kristine gave me a welcoming and positive experience. She is so personable and understanding that it didn't even feel like I was there for a service. More like visiting a friend who does bomb eyebrows haha. I will definitely be back soon. read more

Kristine of Yeung Studios is Hands Down a GOD SEND!!!! For years, I've struggled to find someone who can Tweeze my brows. I've tried waxing & threading but had a bad skin reaction. Kristine can be your next BFF for any skin related issues. She's so knowledgable & experienced. She has that energetic vibe ...great for an early morning appt. Kristine is always smiling, warm & patience. Don't be shy, just ask her any question(s) about your skin related problems. I highly recommend Yeung Studios! If you can't take my word for it, then make an appt. Trust me!!! You'll love her too! I'm EXTREMELY glad I've found her sooner than later! Can't wait for my next facial appt. read more

Decided 2 days ago I wanted to try a brow lamination before my vacation so I checked out Yeung studios and it did not disappoint. I booked online easily and showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and Kristine was very accommodating. She is super friendly and very informative about everything regarding my aftercare and how long it would last. I ended up getting both the brow lamination and tinting and it was amazing! My brow hairs before we're downward droopy and sparse in areas but once she was done with them they looked so full and fluffy. read more

Kristine is one of the most friendliest, professional and knowledgeable estheticians! She is transparent and lets you know everything to make sure you're comfortable and found what would look best for my face. She did an amazing job with my eyebrows and gave me some eyebrow gel to help them grow and even gave me a candle that she made. She is very talented, kind, funny and personable and her studio is very clean and inviting. I highly recommend Kristine - she is the best! read more

I decided to get a near-Brazilian and was pretty much dreading it, but Kristine was amazing and made the experience almost... fun?? She kept me talking and laughing and did an excellent job distracting me, reading off of what works for me! Kristine is also highly professional and I realized I hadn't had a technician as experienced as her before! Now that I know what an excellent technician with a fun and relaxing vibe can make this experience, I'll definitely come back to Kristine and have already recommended her to my friends! She even sent me off with an adorable gift bag to help with aftercare. It's so clear she cares about her client's experience and makes sure we stay cared for even after the session. Highly recommend Yeung Studios!! read more

This has easily become my go to spot for my eyebrows. Kristine is magic! I've spent many years threading my eyebrows and in the last few years I noticed how misaligned they had become. It seemed like no one could fix this for me no matter how much I requested for my eyebrows to just look level and even. I decide to try this place after all of the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. In just a couple of sessions Kristine has managed to make my eyebrows look great again. There are other services offered here that I look forward to trying. read more

I used to go to a brow place in Manhattan, but they didn't offer vegan waxes, so I could only ever get tweezing, and the cost was over $35 each time. Kristine does offer vegan waxes and is a relative bargain, and is so convenient as well. I am so glad to have found her. read more

I had my first ever facial with Kristine this past weekend and it was such an amazing experience! Kristine is simply the only person I trust with my eyebrows. She's really excellent. Not only does she know how to shape them well and not over pluck them, she's also been helping me grow them by providing her own rosemary oil (which was complimentary!) I really can't recommend her enough. She's my brow lady for life. read more

This review is long overdue. I did a lot of homework before selecting what turns to be the perfect place for my daughter's first eyebrow trimming experience. Kristine is precise and quick but not rushed and most importantly, did not over wax. Will def go back! read more

Kristine is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable immediately. We all know how vulnerable waxing can feel but Kristine's professionalism and caring attitude put me at ease at once. From the moment Kristine greeted me till the moment I left she chatted with me as if I were an old friend and that made me feel calm (I was a bit nervous regarding the waxing). Her studio is clean and bright and her certifications and qualifications are posted on the wall. Prices are very reasonable. I'm so glad I found Kristine. I'll be going to her from now on for my waxing needs. read more

I'm a full time working mom of three so it's rare to find time to go out and do things like haircuts let alone eyebrows. I also don't wear makeup often so I am inexperienced with filling in eyebrows but I wanted to look well kept with minimal effort. After lots of research, I chose Yeung Studios because the pictures showed natural-looking eyebrows which I hoped would go with my daily make-up free face. The first time I ever got eyebrows done, the lady took a razor and shaved half my eyebrows off so since then, I've always been hesitant to do anything to my face. But, as soon as I met Kristine, I felt like I made the right decision. She was so welcoming, kind, and eased my nerves immediately. I had an eyebrow wax and tint and when I went home, my kids and husband unexpectedly said I looked pretty but they couldn't pinpoint the exact reason. That was exactly what I was looking for! Kristine also mentioned that she understands how hectic a mom's schedule can be so she's understanding about trying to work with other peoples' schedules. I actually ran a little late so I made sure to call and she was grateful for letting her know. Overall, I'm very glad I came and if anyone's on the fence, just schedule and go! You won't regret it! read more

My daughter and I came here for the first time today. I got my eyebrows done with the tweezer and my daughter got waxed. The whole experience was perfect. Everything was so clean and smelled amazing. Service was the best we ever received, so nice, informative, friendly, and all around flawless. I really love how our eyebrows were drawn in so evenly prior to any hair removal. She was so patient and positive. This will definitely be our new place for any hair treatments we may want. I'm so glad we finally found the perfect place. read more

I haven't had my eyebrow waxed since the quarantine. I am so glad that I went to the Yeung Studio today. The studio was extremely clean and bright. Kristine was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was very concern about getting my eyebrow done since we were not totally done with the whole Covid pandemic yet. But Kristine was totally professional and put me at ease. Im very happy in how my eyebrows turned out and she also recommended that I get a perm on my brows since my brows end was a little weird (my fault since i played with them when i was a kid and they grew back weird AF) The whole process was easy and not at all painful. I will definitely return to this studio and i will recommend that u should go as well :) read more

Kristine is amazing. What I love about her service is that she walks you through everything she is doing and makes you feel comfortable. Not once did I feel awkward, instead I felt like it was also a learning session. The results of my brow lamination were phenomenal. I had seen pictures of Kristine's work but seeing it done on yourself really is what blew my mind. Pictures do no justice!! Additionally, one thing that is very rare to find is someone honest like Kristine she advised of what I should get instead of what I had in mind (micro-blading). She is immersed in her job which also makes the process so much more detailed. read more
