Sunny has changed my life. I came here in July 2020 with terrible acne... it felt like I was back in high school with the type of acne I had... it was actually probably much worse than the acne I went through in high school. It was probably due to maskcne and stress due to the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, I wanted to come to Eunyoung - read the great reviews, but didn't jump the gun. I'm happy I did and I will never go back. I did the 3 Agnes laser treatment for my acne to start. I'm not going to lie... IT HURT LIKE A B*tch. But 1 year later... I DO NOT HAVE ANY ACTIVE BREAKOUTS especially in my chin area where I get my most acne. After that, I transitioned into doing microneedling and hydrotone... think 4 sessions. Helped with the scarring and wow. Now I've done 3 Geneo sessions and I just can't get enough. Snake skin shedded. 2nd Review - Updates Just finished my package deal for 14 facials and I renewed it today. Seriously worth going here for facials. Staff is amazing, friendly and hospitable. They always serve me hot tea after each session and make sure I'm comfortable. What I love about this place is that Sunny always does a different treatment depending on my skin issues that day. She explains and educates you on what she uses (machines and products) and why you need it for that session. My skin has never been happier and super healthy. I get hormonal breakouts near my chin and i usually scar bc i pick at it. After I visit here, my scars disappear after a few days and my skin clears up. My hormonal flare ups arent as bad too anymore. My face also looks slimmer after she does this crazy facial massage lol. I go about 1 to 2 times a month and the results are outstanding. What to expect: Take off your shoes and put the slippers provided outside on before entering. You'll have to get undressed for your facial session and put on a towel then the procedure starts after your snugged under the covers. I do the Medi spa facial, so when she puts a mask on me while I wait 20 mins, I get a complimentary massage for legs and arms. You can request not to have it done if you wanna snooze. I came here because of all the great reviews and because I saw amazing improvements on my friend's skin as she came here regularly. So, I set an appointment for Wed@10am (so I can start as soon as it opens). I didn't have trouble finding this place, but it is in a building upstairs (I think the 3rd floor) and there is a no shoe policy, so they provide you with house slippers when you come in. I LOVE the cozy house vibe here-- I immediately felt welcomed by the receptionist Sarah as she offered me hot korean tea. Unfortunately, there was a mis-scheduling and they forgot that I set up an appointment for that day, so I ended up waiting quite a while. Nevertheless, time flew by because I had a nice chit-chat with Sarah and my friend who also came with me. When I finally met my aesthetician, Eun Young, she apologized for the delay and gave me a warm hug and began my consultation. She genuinely seemed to care for the well-being of my skin as she gave me multiple options for what kind of treatment I can get. I ended up choosing the microneedling as she suggested. Then, she brought my friend and me to a room and we changed into the robe provided. First off, the massage they gave us was so relaxing and I ended up falling asleep through the entire process. The extraction process was a bit painful, but beauty is pain RIGHT haha!! The whole treatment ended up taking ~3 hours (but usually it's not this long, I think I just got extra treatment and we had a nice chat). Very great place for a facial, a bit pricey, but they compensate it with shoulder and hand massage, relaxing atmosphere and professionalism. Had a Clear and Brilliant laser treatment done and my dark spots on my face got a bit darker. Not sure why this happened but I didn't see any results like I was told I would. Wasn't worth $400; looks like nothing was done and my pigmentation didn't lighten at all, when it peeled it was darker or the same in certain areas. I asked before the treatment will I notice any results? Was told yes. But I don't see it. The woman who performed my treatment was very nice and accommodating (which I appreciate) but I didn't feel like she is experienced with clients of a darker skin tone. Just experienced with white skin. I tried calling the other day to tell about this experience but she wasn't available and didn't return the call. Really looked forward to the results but in the end felt disappointed. EDIT: Thank you for responding Ms Park. At my first visit I asked if my dark spots would lighten and you said yes but you never said how much it would lighten. What you never told me, but you are now saying, is that because the laser brightens the skin, the dark spots get darker. That's not what you told me before treatment. You said I would see the dark spots lighten after this first treatment, not six, but my skin still looks as if nothing was done. One big spot on my cheek is noticeably darker. If I had known it would darken or look the same I'd have never did the treatment. For a high price I feel misled and disappointed because I'm sure another treatment would have eliminated the spots. read more

I came here for micro needling treatments. The first time was good. There were a lot of different machines and treatments used to help extraction, blood flow, uv light, massage etc. off course there was also a sales pitch for their products at the end of the session. I unfortunately made a purchase for 1 of the 3 items which totaled $500 for the visit. On my second treatment, I was experiencing a heavy breakout due to stress, maskne and the cold. Unexpectedly, I was greeted with a huge "sigh" and an attitude that was not welcoming and unfamiliar. I kept hearing complaints on how bad my skin condition was as I was being treated. Instantly I didn't feel great because I'm already dealing with a breakout - I don't need someone else to continue to point it out to my face. Fine whatever right? I also noticed that the treatment was a little different from the first time. I didn't get the machine that improves blood flow. At the end of the session I was again pitched to purchase 3 recommended items from them. I get it, it's how they make money from commissions and they think it will help my skin. But I politely declined. What happens next is beyond baffling. Three of the employees surrounded my to convince me that I should buy it and that my skin is really really really bad and the products that I'm using is not working!! And I NEED to use their product. The level of pressure was intense and I felt attacked for unwilling to spend $300 for the recommended products on top of the $360 for the micro needling. Insane! They obviously don't understand that there are other causes for acne and their products are not a one fit for all solution. I would never come back nor recommend this place to a friend, it's not a welcoming place but a toxic environment for your acne to get worst. Today, I did my first treatment for my acne scars, pores and wrinkles with micro needle called the Secret RF plus oxygen hydration, and biosonic/ultrasound face massage (correct me if I'm wrong but I think that what's called lol). It's nice talking to Sunny, who is a pro with skin care. I always struggled taking care of my face and today I feel like my face experienced the best treatment that it's been waiting and wanting all these years. Sunny, talked me trough the treatments I need and it's not like other places that tries to sell you bunch of products, what she did was straight to the point. Aside from facial treatment I also got my legs and arms massage from Maria which exceeded my expectation from my visit today. I was so relaxed I think I dozed off in the middle of our chat while massaging me and my face was under the oxygen box . The facility is nice and clean and of course they adhere to Covid19 guidelines. They would check your temperature upon arrival, ask you to sanitize your hands, mask on and keep 6ft away if not they have pvc glass in between if they need to talk to you closely. Today was my first time coming for a facial. Let me start by saying that I been searching for at least a month for a professional aesthetician who would take great care of my face. I have been searching through yelp and finally found this place with excellent reviews. I am so happy I found this place. First I walk in and she serves me tea with these delicious Korean pastries that were so good and she did an assessment on my face. I immediately felt relaxed and welcome. The office is very clean and cozy and I loved it. She took me to where I would be treated and explained what would be going on in detail. She's explained the reason for my break out and gave me the best treatment for my particular problem. Most people are out for money and pressure you to spend more money and she is the total opposite because my face is extremely dry she felt I needed an additional treatment that cost way more than what I originally booked and she did that at no extra cost. That showed me how genuine and good she is and for that I will always be a loyal customer. Yes the extractions hurt and are a bit painful but she talks u through it and the massages makes up for all of it. It's really affordable and worth every penny. My face has been severely breaking out and I feel amazing. With only my first visit I can feel a difference. She took her time and made sure she got everything out. My friend recommended Sunny and I'm so happy I went to see her! I had dull, scarring and acne prone skin. I was so sad and depressed with how my skin looked and thought it couldn't change. Ive come here for facials (which are amazing btw) and looked into laser packages (had before from another place but didn't see results). Hormonal/PCOS facial hair is hard to deal with laser-wise but the laser used here has really helped. Sunny uses a nice cool gel and recommended a cream that helps with potential skin barrier damage from the laser. My skin is very sensitivity so I appreciated the recommendation. 4 sessions in and im 75% facial hair free. read more

I have very straight lashes so even when I curl my eyelashes within 30 mins they would always go back down to their normal state. I found this place through yelp hoping the reviews would live up to the hype and she definitely met expectations and was also realistic about what I should expect. I trekked all the way to flushing from manhattan/Brooklyn for her! I have acne scars all over my face from years of cystic acne. In our initial consultation, she even said that my skin was in pretty bad shape and that it would probably take one year to smooth it out and even then it wouldn't be completely smooth. I purchased a package of 5 treatments. So fast forward a couple months and my friends are telling me that my skin looks a LOT better and that it looks smoother. During those months I had a couple ups and downs where my skin flared up (not her fault) and she would go out of her way to calm it down. Even treatments that were not included in the package deal. When it was really bad she even split one treatment into two visits at no charge. So essentially it was like getting 6 treatments instead of 5. Just FYI, I got microneedling done and I've found good success with it. Very minimal downtime if at all and it doesn't hurt. This is much better for scars than acid peels in my opinion. She's really friendly and is also really realistic about what you should expect and will not lie just to get your patronage. read more

Eunyoung is very experienced and probably the best in Flushing. She is very thorough with extractions and her facials are stimulating but relaxing, and luxurious. I have problematic and easily irritable skin that is dry and flaky, but oily and congested in the T zone. After only three or four sessions, my skin improved considerably and is now stronger, more hydrated and clear. I used to go every other week but since I've moved, I'm only able to visit her when I'm back in the area. My advice is to book a few weeks in advance if you do not have a flexible schedule since she gets booked fast, but if you don't, she would try her best to accommodate you. read more

After spending over $2,200 I am very disappointed with the results. Initially met with them and they told me to buy a package of $2,100 for three treatments for facial scars and that I would see improvements. The first day I went in and they treated my face but they also massage my feet without asking and that's something I did NOT want or asked for. I was like what the heck? I did not come here to get my feet rubbed . Well that ended and was told to buy a cream for $150 that it would help my skin so I bought it and of course it also did not work. I also was told that I need to leave a tip of $50 for the foot massage for something I did not ask but I was like whatever and take it. Second and third time was the same thing and at the end of the 3rd treatment I get told that I can buy more packages of 5 to 10 treatments ? really? in 3 treatments I see no improvements and now I have to buy 5-10 treatments? sorry , but no thanks and let me try my luck somewhere else. I've been going to EPA for about 6 months now and I'm so grateful for the excellent service that Mrs. Park and her staff provide. I first came across EPA by looking up facial places around bayside via Yelp. During your first visit, one of the staff members takes a headshot of you with this cool device and it tells you about your skin type, problematic areas, redness, skin age, etc. They offer you coffee or tea before or after your facial. When Mrs. Park has the time she will have a cup of tea with me to just catch up! You are then led to a spa room to change into a comfy, body-wrap gown. They cleanse your face with warm water, soap, and soft wash pads. Then comes the facial treatment and depending on which package you choose can be up to 1~2 hours. In between the facial, you receive a quick massage of the arms/legs (sometimes that staff member is not there). There are so many treatments available that you can check out on their website, but I usually go for the BDR treatment (a little pricey but worth it). Depending on how my skin is, she will tweak & tailor the treatment to what would be best. Although the treatments can seem costly they are worth the investment and she uses high-quality products. Also, these treatments are not a one-time quick fix and need follow up care at the spa & at home. Some months my acne flare-ups are worse than others due to stress/hormones, but other times it's from my sweet tooth cravings ... Sometimes it's just from me popping pimples I shouldn't be popping. Mrs. Park can usually look at my face and tell what caused my acne LOL. P.S. Her interior decoration is on point. From her front desk, lounge room, even to her bathroom - everything is so pleasing to the eye. read more

This review is for the hydro impact therapy. Let me start by saying that my skin was in a state of total disaster with little red bumps coming up and covering most of my face. Within three weeks of treatment my skin has improved so drastically that I can not believe it. I am almost confident enough to go around without any make up on something that I could not do for the past five or six years. I've tried expensive lasers and peels but have never gotten results like I have gotten here. I would recommend this treatment to anyone struggling with their skin and really almost even lose hope. Eunyoung is a really wonderful person with a great practice and serene location where she works from. The spa is impeccably clean and has a very nice set up. When you enter she gives you slippers and tea and makes you feel so welcomed. I had the signature facial which lasted about 2 hours. Because of my skin type (dry) she focused more on healing masks than extractions which I liked. My skin looks more hydrated and feels better each day. There was a lot of massage during the facial which helped me to relax and stimulated blood circulation throughout my face and body.
