I've been coming to Miss Laser for a little over a year now. I just finished my treatment after about 10 sessions. As a previous religious waxer I can say that laser is def a game changer. They offered me a complimentary session on IG and after my visit I immediately signed up for their membership because of how impressed I was! It includes 1 large area and 2 small areas. I opted for Brazilian, underarms and upper lip. I haven't seen much hair growth since but it has definitely been significantly reduced. The entire experience was amazing from the techs to the cleanliness to the actual procedure itself. I rarely felt pain; it was more of a pinching feeling but it went pretty quickly as the techs work extremely fast! I was in and out of every appt within 15 mins. They also do a good job of keeping you distracted. I will say they can be kind of pushy with sales but they do offer a lot of promos. All in all, I felt very comfortable with the techs and they answered all of my questions plus offered suggestions. They do free consultations to go over the process and help you target your problem areas. Got laser hair removal as a gift and I was excited. It was five sessions which was recommended for my hair type and area (upper lip). I did all the right things and came back for the five times they said it would take to remove the hair. They even said I was a perfect candidate; darker hair on light tan skin. Not only does my hair grow back darker than it ever did, but once the five sessions were over they said I needed more to actually eliminate the hair completely. Why say that five sessions is enough if it's not? I also felt uncomfortable that one of the staff members doing the laser treatment on my face reeked of just having smoked weed before her shift. That's very unprofessional for a sensitive job. Sadly wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I've been going to Miss Laser over a year now and purchased 3 different services - Brazilian, underarms, full legs. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and so happy there's parking! I travel from Connecticut so parking is priority for me. My skin has brighten and feels much smoother. Freda walks me through expectations and takes her time during each session which I appreciate. If you're waxing or shaving - I highly recommend looking into laser. No more cutting yourself or skin irritation from hot wax. My hair is thick so I knew 6 sessions wouldn't be enough (I've purchased a second package for Brazilian and underarms). So if you have thicker hair def expect to purchase another session and/or package after the 6 sessions are done. It is a bit on the pricier side compared to other laser salons so make sure you budget wisely once you start committing to laser - you don't want to stop at just lasering one area! OMG!!!! Alanna was amazing at the Bayside location. Parking was a bit tricky, but I was able to park in a meter parking spot. This was my first laser ever (I'm terrified of waxing and have been only shaving for years and years). She explained everything in detail and even showed me her own results after her laser treatments. Her pubic area is CLEARER than my face!!!! So I just received a bikini line laser session ( I opted to start small because of my poor pain tolerance) and before I knew it, it was over! It felt like quick and bearable zapping sting.... I am not one to take the time to write reviews, however, I must do so for MISS LASER. I am of east Indian descent. I have grown up with being conscious of the really dark hairs that are on my brown skin. I have tried many different services from threading to electrolysis and found these methods to be very temporary. Removing the hairs this way I saw them grow back really quickly causing major anxiety. Electrolysis is the most painful and irritating process i have ever been through and it's super expensive. Thankfully, I found miss laser and I am shocked at my results. Only after 3 sessions i started seeing my hairs grow in lighter and lighter. Now after only 2 packages i come in every 3 months for touchups. I am very thank ful for miss laser.
