I found this place on groupon and they had a deal. I paid around $80 after tip and the 4.5% tax she has. I got the 150 pieces and honestly, it does not feel like it's 150 pieces. I've gotten lashes done many times and it does not feel as full as the rest of the times I have done them. She was pretty fast though which I appreciated (took less than 45 minutes) and I had extra time on my parking meter! I personally don't think I would go back again because I felt like I did not get the most out of the deal, and their longevity isn't as great as other places. My current lashes (not even a week later) looks as empty has it would at week 2 and I take care of my lashes :/ She was very accommodating though because I had to move my appointment last minute due to an emergency! read more

I'm actually very disappointed in the results of the eyelash extensions. I get extensions through Groupon all the time and love trying different places. When I got to my appointment, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes since the person before me was still getting extensions. My eyes were burning throughout the whole process. I felt like the glue was cheap since I get my lashes done pretty often and this glue really irritated my eyes. When Eva finished, she told me she had added extra pieces than what I had paid for. I didn't really notice the difference but took her word for it. A week after I got my lashes done, practically all the extensions from my right side had fallen off. From experience, extensions last more than a week before your natural lashes started growing out and the extensions fall out. The extensions also feel rough and not as soft as other extensions I have gotten in other salons. Will not be returning. read more

The store would not honor a Groupon I purchased for a lash lift because they said I came into the salon in 2019. I showed her that the Groupon page says "Limit 3 per person. May be repurchased every 365 days." She sent me a fake screenshot of an old Groupon page that says "Only for new customers. Text me before you buy." Like other reviewers, I was pressured to add on tinting services and turned it down, and she also asked me to give her a 5-star review when I redeemed my Groupon. She also proclaimed several times that my lift is very difficult because my eyelashes are extremely short. None of my past experiences were like this, and they lasted much longer. She told me how smudged my eyeliner was and told me I should get my eyeliner microbladed for $250. Overall an uncomfortable experience and disappointing results. read more

I went for eyelash lift I bought it from Groupon then I called them to make an appointment so they told me if I can refund the money in Groupon cuz they will still charge me for taxes when I get to the place and blah blah I did that , I went there and I paid cash they tried to get me into keratin lash lift and tinting , she insisted so much I went for tinting. I am going to a wedding and wanted to get my eyelashes lifted for the first time. I am brown - so ya know ya girl has a good amount of eyelashes to begin with. While getting them done, the tint went into my eyes and started burning, but the person who was helping me right away wiped it off. I am giving 2 stars because I paid venmo and Eva added 20% tip without asking me. In the texts sent to me, it says that tips are appreciated meaning it isn't a mandatory tip amount like when you eat at a restaurant with a big party. I'm not cheap I would've tipped but they should ask us customers before just adding it...I let that go even know it bothered me, but it's been 2 days and my right eyelash isn't lifted like the left. It looks weird and so I had to use an eyelash curler on my right side before I went to work today. I'm extremely pissed because I paid $98 for this. I'd take a pic, but my right is still curled from when I used the eyelash curler. Take note when you pay because they just take tip without asking and double check your eyelashes. read more

I bought a Groupon to have an eyelash lift here. Scheduling the appointment was easy and everything went well during my appointment up until the very end. Once it was finished, I showed the woman who did my eyelash lift my Groupon and she said I purchased the wrong one because she did an eyelash lift with tint and not just an eyelash lift. I had no idea she was doing a tint during the appointment (since your eyes are closed the entire time) and when I scheduled the appointment I said eyelash lift and not with the tint. It's not my fault she did the wrong service. However, I wasn't going to be a stickler about it so I offered to pay the difference in price. This is where things got even weirder. She tells me to get a refund from Groupon and to pay her in cash for the service instead. Ummm what?!? She was so inflexible about it. I already bought the Groupon and it wasn't my fault she did the tint. I couldn't believe how unreasonable she was being. I ended up paying her cash for the entire service and she had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I regrettably gave it to her but she totally took advantage of the situation and bamboozled me! I complained to Groupon about this and hope they no longer do business with them. Go elsewhere so that you won't be scammed. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. The eyelash lift is alright, looks good, but the lady is a tad strange. She isn't directly rude, but she does seem a little demanding and ungrateful. I had a groupon and she convinced me to do the keratin treatment for a $10 difference which was fine. When i was done she said "after this no more groupon you have to come pay me in full" and on the spot pulled up the groupon review section on my phone gesturing for me to write, ok not a huge deal. What I didn't appreciate was how i tipped her $7 after i owed 10 for the keratin and 4 in tax, i gave 21 and told her i don't need change. She looked at the money with a disgusted face and didn't even say thank you once, basically shunning me for not tipping to her satisfaction. That was the only cash i had on me and i didn't HAVE to tip. I feel that it's unprofessional and it's always appreciative (no matter how much) to receive a tip from someone, regardless if it didn't meet your standards. I also don't feel like $7 is an extremely low tip, and for the way she looked at it, i should've took back $4 to humble her. Only upside is my eyelashes really. read more
