I received the Picosure laser treatment at RM Skincare, and Katie took great care of me throughout the process. The consultation was straightforward & quick--Katie thoroughly examined my skin and reviewed the high-resolution photos taken with their machine. Afterward, I was taken to a private room to sign a consent form outlining the procedure. Katie then applied numbing cream to my face, and after it took effect, she removed it and began using the laser to treat my skin. Despite the numbing cream, the treatment was still painful, and my face burned a lot afterward, which is a normal part of the process. Following the laser session, I was brought to a separate room where I used cold air and an iced face roller to cool my skin for about 20 minutes before leaving. The treatment is on the pricier side, but the results are truly fantastic--Although the procedure was painful and the healing process took about seven days, it was absolutely worth it in the end. read more

Update: they threatened me with lawyer letter after bad review! I booked a beauty treatment at this business and paid a $1049 deposit via Zelle. However, before payment, they did not provide a contract, receipt, or clear refund policy. When I later requested a refund, they refused and only after the fact claimed that "deposits are non-refundable," despite never providing written proof of this policy beforehand. Actual rating is 3.5 stars. Came here with a friend using a Groupon deal. I had requested an appointment for my friend and I using their website but did not hear back. When I called 2x, no one picked up. I receive a text message & was finally able to find an availability. I'm not sure if they are limited on staff and thats why their availability is limited but make sure to call/text to confirm reservation. The massage was good, came with hot towel. She did good on getting the main pressure points on my back and even sat on my back to get a better positioning. The Groupon deal says aromatherapy with hot stones but the hot stone was not included. When my friend mentioned this to the masseuse, she said since it's summer, the hot stone isn't ideal. Also she thought my pain tolerance was low so she didn't want to hurt me. I've had hot stones before so this did not sit well with me. It's not up to the individual masseuse to determine what is ideal for the client without consulting (especially if the client has already purchased that service).
