Go somewhere else if you need a Botox! I had my first time Botox done at the same place and it was OK. Then I had my second time Botox a few months later. They suggested more units but the effect was not good (I paid more for the worse effect). I feel the second time was done with wrong judgement and I was given the wrong suggestions. I went back for a solution but they just said that I need to pay for more to fix (I took the exact same amount as the doctors suggestion at the first place and now they said i need more). Some areas that I had Botox still have bad wrinkles as before. IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL ON SOME AREAS. They can't explain why the first time worked better with less amount (less $) and the second time had the worse effect with more amount (more $). Went for consultation and they recommend Scarlet treatment plus some added treatments and products that cost me over 4k + tips. My skin got very sensitive, dehydrated and visible bump over the surface, also enlarge pores still there too. I can achieve good skin with just regular facial and good skin products but when paying over 4k for a laser treatment, i expect better results. Not recommended! read more

Terrible!! MD clinic request TIPS from patients! That's not right, as MD office can't accept tips. Below it was my reason why I rated them in 1 Star! (Feb.1st)Ok, so today I'm gonna update the review due to an unpleasant experience I had, first of all, I want to clarify that the service and people are friendly to me at least, the reason I reduce the stars from five to three is because, 1. it's the first time that I ever know I have to pay tips for a medical treatment and in a medical clinic, 2. I was told by manger that MTS service is kind of facial, Lasers service needs no tips, Tips, totally fine, it's nothing compared to those treatment, no matter it's a spa or clinic, but should have told me before not after the treatment, I spent nearly $5k in a month and introduce two friends who spent $3700, how can I be a better customer here? Today they sold me some products without asking and I also take them without any doubts because anyway I need some others products to use, why not supporting them if they offer good services. I have bunch of treatment there not finished yet, but I still choose speak out, if I feel something, I say something. I came here to treat my mom for her birthday. We both enjoyed the thermage treatment with facial spa so much. The aestheticians were super kind, especially Narae spent so much time with us to explain fully and answered all our questions. She escorted to facial room, helped us change and took care of our belongings. Every step she did was very professional. The bonus of this place is the parking lot in the basement.
