You mentioned, "Occurrence of side effect or unwanted result is frequently seen and is NOT a mistake in care. This is also why our patients are informed to hold medication and contact the clinic right away if they develop any side effects or concerns after starting a medication." LIES. When did you ever inform me of such things, that I need to "hold medications and contact the clinic right away" if I develop any side effects or concerns? NEVER. You only told me that once I put it on, it would go away, and that was it. And due to your negligence, that was why I had developed extreme redness. 5. You mentioned, "This is an inherent part of their care and has nothing to do with age or immigration status. We certainly NEVER punish our patients for giving feedback as referred by "repercussion" in your review. So please do not make any unfounded misleading negative statement as such." They worked beautifully on my skin. However, after having both treatments performed by Dr. Hong, I see no change in my skin, pigments not removed, and pore size not diminished. No change immediately, no change weeks after, no change months after. At first, I purchased the treatment because the price was a bargain, compared to other clinics. Now I understand why it was a bargain. The efficacy of the doctor's techniques is questionable. Very disappointed. The 1 star is for consultation staff and front desk staff, they are friendly and professional.

The lady who did my eye lashes did a horrible job! She probably spent an hair gluing on the single lashes under my water crease line! She used the basic single eye lashes from that brand Adrelle & glue which u can buy it at CVS or walgreens for like $4. When she was done, i was tearing constantly. I couldn't even open my eyes. So i thought maybe I'm not use to it. an hr pass, and I'm still tearing. I got light headed bc the lashes really irritated me. So i decided to look at the mirror & check out why I'm tearing constantly. I lift my eyes & noticed how closely those lashes were glued next to my eyeball. So i decided to pull them off!
