This is exactly what is wrong with the business and why you should avoid them, they admit no fault on their side, blames YOU for their negligence, and thinks they are in the right. It almost seems like they intentionally bill you more than half a DECADE later just so you can't dispute any bill they give you because what health insurance provider would let you despite a bill that old? I've been dealing with eczema my whole life, and Dr. Sun have given me an encyclopedia worth of print outs on what products and materials my skin can be in contact with. (This ranged from bathroom stuff, to cosmetics, skin care, laundry products, and clothing..etc.) I wish my parents were equipped with all this when they had me lol And having visited other offices throughout the years due to schedules from different occupations ... I still end up back here. Every office has its pros and cons, but if you follow the instructions, then they're peachy. And yes, I am aware of the late fee thing they enforce on patients. Time is money, so even if I dont like it, I understand it. Lastly, I recently started light therapy treatment for my eczema. I was advised to do this treatment 2-3 times per week, with at least a day gap per session; And by the 8th session to schedule an appointment to see the Doctor to judge the progress of the treatment. I had to buy this UV protective goggles for $10 and it has to be with me for every session. (No goggles, no treatment) No metal should be on you. The first session was 58seconds and will be increasing gradually to make sure my skin dont get burned. (If you're doing cash, its $60 per therapy treatment)

He referred me to a pain management specialist and he was amazing. He gave treatments that helped with my pain for over a year along with PT unfortunately my body didn't the tolerate as accepted but not as long as it should've. I then after almost two years later we discussed surgery. I was nervous because I never had surgery but his honesty and compassion put me at easy. He explained the steps clearly and told me what to expect when having the full lumber area worked on. From the check outarea Brianna took care of everything for me. Then when surgery was completed and I was admitted for a week every one from Dr. Buza his full PA staff and nurses made me feel so special and made sure I was comfortable in every aspect and discharged with full instruction on handling the worst 2 weeks of pain and discomfort.
