I was surprised to see a young doctor. And this was the only part of the visit that increases the rating by two stars. The doctor provided great results and answered my questions and gave me satisfactory results. There is nothing wrong! The X-ray techs weren't nothing to yelp about! 2 Stars increased by 2. I walked away from my appointment with Dr. Cheriyan with a neck that felt brand new, with no more pain or cracking sounds whenever I moved my head around. I'm honestly astonished. While my neck was my main concern, Dr. Cheriyan also tended to my ankle, which has some cartilage damage. I go to PT every week for it and wear a brace when I'm up and about. With some painless manipulations, Dr. Cheriyan helped me increase my range of motion to match my other ankle again. I'm walking around with less pain, and I'm elated. I believe the front desk employee's name is Liz. During every visit, she has come across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and I witnessed her treating other patients in a similarly disrespectful manner. The front desk is the first impression of any medical office, and her behavior reflects very poorly on the practice. Patients who are already dealing with illness or pain deserve compassion and respect, not rudeness. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk before more patients choose to leave. I will not be returning to this office, and I will be recommending that friends and family seek care elsewhere.
