I believe the front desk employee's name is Liz. During every visit, she has come across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and I witnessed her treating other patients in a similarly disrespectful manner. The front desk is the first impression of any medical office, and her behavior reflects very poorly on the practice. Patients who are already dealing with illness or pain deserve compassion and respect, not rudeness. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk before more patients choose to leave. I will not be returning to this office, and I will be recommending that friends and family seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Gaudin has a good reputation for taking the time to sit down with his patients, ensuring we feel heard and supported. His dedication, both during and after office hours, kept me well-informed and prepared. His approach was conservative; he didn't "force" surgery, didn't make any false promises and he suggested physical therapy and/or pain management as options.
