I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment to take care of paperwork. Denise was extremely organized and helpful. A few of my medical records had not been forwarded to the office, so she reached out and had them ready to go for my appointment. The waiting room was clean, quiet, and not at all crowded. (It was really nice to see a medical facility properly spacing out patients.) After my appointment, Denise clearly explained next steps as far as followups, and worked with my schedule to book convenient future appointments. Dr. Kelemen was kind, knowledgable, and thorough. He took the time to explain the exam, and encouraged me to ask questions as we talked and worked through my symptoms. He obviously spends a lot of time with patients to get the whole picture of what is going on, and is willing to go above and beyond to be efficient with his findings in order to provide the best possible care. If you are in the market for a neurologist, I highly recommend giving Denise a call at the office to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Kelemen.

We waited 3.5!hrs the other day to have two tests done and they only got through one (30 min test) and wanted us to wait in the waiting room again to have the second test done. We left. If we need any further testing it will not be done in their office. We had a similar experience on our first visit as well. We had to wait several hours for 3 tests. Very disrespectful of our time and the technicIan is not very personable either. I'd recommend going to another facility for testing if possible.

Given my schedule, I couldn't wait an extra hour just for the doctor to catch up. A courtesy call letting me know about the delay would have been appreciated. I ended up canceling and leaving. The waiting room was full, and several patients were also complaining about the wait. To be clear, I never met the doctor, so I can't comment on their care. But she's a health professional and I'm not. So maybe I have a different take on it. Any who! Dr Ender has been a complete pleasure to work with. I immediately told him he reminded me of Roddy McDowall, so we talked about some movies & good restaurants of course. Nice easy conversation. His staff has been pleasant & friendly. We've even shared a few chuckles over silly stuff like the weather. He deals with my crazy work schedule, even doing testing on a Saturday. A test I did NOT like but was necessary. I even asked if I would receive combat pay for doing this unpleasant test. He laughed & said he was sorry it hurt but he needed to do this test. On the next visit he walks in with some Ferrero Rocher candies, smiles and says here's your combat pay, I didn't forget. We both had a good laugh. He ordered some more tests to confirm his diagnosis and all went well. So why only 4 stars? The office could use a slight update. It's not cool I can hear word for word what goes on in the next room. There have been no consequences or side effects. She is personable and delightful as well. Actually I showed her another issue I was having which she diagnosed immediately and I was able to get care the same day with a professional that treats the issue I was experiencing. On another matter: Her office staff called me twice to make sure I received the result of an mri I had. Dr. Iones followed up to make sure that I was seeing a doctor for an issue that appeared on the mri. I highly recommend Dr. Iones if you need a neurologist as I have been to three others over the years and none compare on any level.
