I always go to get a Signature Facial I've seen Lisa, Vivian, and Ting Ting and they are all great! FACIAL: They start off by cleansing your face and steaming it. While it's steaming, they do a facial massage and head massage, After the steam, they do extractions and eyebrow clean up. Then, they do a high frequency zapper on the extractions (I believe it helps this heal faster). They give another mask after & while that's on your face, you get a hand massage. They put lotion and heated mitts on your hands to absorb the lotion. My hands were baby soft! They end the facial with a hard clay mask and moisturizer to complete it! Very disappointing.....I used to love this place and told everyone about it. Unfortunately like many other businesses, once it gets more popular, the service becomes much worse and sloppier. Our last visit several months ago was amazing...the workers took their time, massaged my arms, neck, and applied multiple products on my face. A hot towel was used last time with a steamer. This time, the worker just slapped some cream on and gave me a very fast, aggressive massage, putting cream inside my eyes too. Hopefully I don't get an eye infection now. Followed by this, the workers did a very fast extraction which did not remove most of my blackheads, as seen in the photos. The worker then placed a face mask and left for 10-15 min. I'm not sure what I paid for....$55 for an aggressive 15-20 min face massage, PLUS tip. Nothing like last time at all. Seems like the workers left to do another job at the same time as ours then came back. As seen in the photos too, product was left on in my face. How can this be called a facial? When someone comes in for a facial, they want to feel fully refreshed and have a clean face. Last time I'm gonna come here. read more

So from the outside This place seems run down and unimpressive but inside it is super cute and clean. I had a scalp treatment which while not relaxing I noticed a huge difference in my hair and no more dandruff. I also did a facial. I personally didn't love my facial the aesthetician did not do a lot of extractions as I had hoped and I had some allergic reaction to one of the products and had some bumps after. Jing Beauty and Spa is an incredible find! The spa area is clean and the ladies were very professional. My friend brought me here as a birthday present and it was so nice and relaxing! I was a little apprehensive, since this was my first facial and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The facial took approximately 90 minutes and was very relaxing and secluded. My friend and I were taken to the 2nd floor, given a top and silky blanket. The sleeveless top is for neck and upper back massages. Pro tip: use the blanket to cover yourself. You will get cold lying there for 90 minutes with the AC blasting. The facial was very soothing. They played studio Ghibli sound tracks throughout the facial. For 90 minutes: someone zapped my face with this glass wand (sounds like a bug zapper), massaged lotions into my face, and steamed my face after the lotion. The facial also included eyebrow shaping. This was a nice plus. They wiped off lotion and flicked my chin and cheeks (I had to bite my lip from giggling). The lady put two different face masks on me (one was charcoal and painted on). I liked the charcoal one the best. She continued to massage my face, my shoulders and upper torso (I could have done without the massage, it was deep, not soothing and it seemed to make me more tense afterwards). The con was mainly the extraction. I expected pain when she removed the blackheads. It was slightly painful. It helped to meditate through this part. The lady, Vicky, removed pimples and blackheads that I didn't even know were there! I also got arm and hand massages, which was included. Then they covered my hands and arms in lotion, saran wrap and warm mitts. Afterwards, all the lotions are wiped off. When I was done, I felt like my face was so clean and fresh! read more
