The laser treatments are decent. So its recommended for hair removal only! But yesterday, I decided to get my eye lash extensions done there. It cost only $30 why the hell not? But was I wrong! The lady who did my eye lashes did a horrible job! She probably spent an hair gluing on the single lashes under my water crease line! She used the basic single eye lashes from that brand Adrelle & glue which u can buy it at CVS or walgreens for like $4. When she was done, i was tearing constantly. I couldn't even open my eyes. So i thought maybe I'm not use to it. an hr pass, and I'm still tearing. I got light headed bc the lashes really irritated me. So i decided to look at the mirror & check out why I'm tearing constantly. I lift my eyes & noticed how closely those lashes were glued next to my eyeball. So i decided to pull them off! They were so easily to be tugged off! I was so angry. I paid $30 for an eye irritation & the result was horrible! Ladies, stick to your hair removal here. On Thursday, May 21, I received a call saying that my appointment was being canceled because something was being taken care of at the office. Then, on Thursday, May 28, I received a call saying I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, May 29 at 1:00 p.m. I immediately explained that I had not made that appointment and that 1:00 p.m. did not work for me. I was told that everyone from the previous week had been rescheduled. I explained that I could make 10:00 a.m. or reschedule for another day, but I could not make 12:00 or 1:00. I was clear that I was not available for that appointment time and would call back to reschedule as I was at work. When I called back on May 29, I was told I had been marked as a no-call/no-show and that one of my prepaid appointments would be deducted from my package. This was completely unfair. My original appointment was canceled by the office, and then I was placed into a new appointment time without my agreement. When I was called about that rescheduled appointment, I clearly said I could not attend at that time. I asked management to review the case. When I arrived for my next appointment on Friday, June 5, I asked whether management had reviewed the issue. I was told they had reached out but had not received a response. It had been a full week, and no one had followed up with me. I was again told that I would still be charged one of my appointments because they considered me a no-call/no-show. The situation became even worse when the laser technician, Yohanny came out and spoke to me rudely. She said she did not understand the problem and repeatedly made it seem as though I was at fault. During the treatment, she continued to bring up the situation, asked whether I wanted the service or not, and made me feel uncomfortable while I was already undressed for the appointment. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, I was uncomfortable enough to ask whether she was going to hurt me. Instead of reassuring me professionally, she dismissed my concern. During the actual laser treatment, she did not check in to ask whether the laser felt okay, whether I was comfortable, or whether the setting was painful. That is not acceptable during a laser treatment, especially after a tense interaction. I also want to note that I spoke to the staff in Spanish, even though English is my first language, in an attempt to communicate clearly and respectfully. Despite that, I was spoken to rudely and at one point was asked, "Are you going to let me speak?" The issue was not a misunderstanding on my part. The office canceled my original appointment, rescheduled me without confirming my availability, kept an appointment on the books after I said I could not attend, and then penalized me for not showing up. I prepaid for a package, and instead of receiving professional service, I was blamed for the office's scheduling mistake and treated disrespectfully. At this point, they can keep the remaining appointments because I do not feel safe returning to this office or being treated by someone so rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location based on the poor communication, lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer service.

The clinic is clean, well-lit and has ample space for the services they provids. They have three private rooms and during the course of my monthly sessions I was able to use all. Their staff are friendly and accommodating from the minute I arrive. The most waiting that I've experienced was about 10 minutes tops. Making an appointment is also a breeze. On to the actual hair removal service: treatment for both my lower legs was fast quick and pain free. It takes the tech less than 20 minutes to do both legs. The device feels cold to the touch and as it gives out bursts of laser to kill off the hair follicles, I felt as if a rubber band is snapping against my leg. Since I started in March, I had high hopes that come summertime I will be able to be relatively hair free and I don't need to bother with the razor. Unfortunately, August came and left and I was still shaving my legs as if I've never had 6 laser treatment! I expressed this concern to the technician and I was told that they will use a different machine for my future treatments (apparently there is a different laser procedure which is more costly and more effective). By my 7th session, they did use a different machine and this time around they applied a gel on my leg before starting the laser treatment. As I write this, I am waiting for my 9th laser session with gel. Oddly enough, the gentleman at the front desk asked me how I am liking the gel session and I really couldn't answer... Even until now as I write this review. I took a peek at my legs and still see a lot of hair, albeit a little thinner bit definitely still a lot. The laser works because the hair looks thin but I signed up for laser hair REMOVAL, not thinning. I still have a few sessions left (you can only do one in 4 weeks, basically, once a month) of my unlimited session for 1 year but at this point, I'm really just trying to mentally comfort myself by using up the "unlimited" package that I paid for even if in reality the hair free outcome may not be attainable.
