One eye has lashes continually falling out . The lash glue was irritating my eye for days and the lash volume was just noticeably uneven due to fallout in one eye. Finally, ( as I was on vacation then in Myrtle beach a few days later) I went to have them removed . The tech told me whoever did this work placed the extension way to close to my eyelid which is why it's irritated she was able to remove only a few lashes from both eyes as the glue that was used wasn't breaking up from the solution she was using and because the last was put on too close to the eye lid the solution poured right into my eyes Disaster . Be careful ladies bc you don't want these extensions glued so close to the eyelid , it's supposed to be at least 1 mm away from the lid

The ambience is nice and clean. Yumi's job was impecable! She did my lashes in 45 minutes (most places take at least an hour) and they look natural and very professional. Great job! She knows what she's doing! I will continue to support this business. I will come back to check out the other services (massages, facials, laser hair removal etc). But then when I went back to get a refill, the girl only took about 40 minutes and I needed a whole new set. When I left they started falling out immediately and were falling into my eyes. The owner argued with me in front of everybody. I just left. I texted the owner to let her know. She never responded. Save your money and go else where. Don't waste your time!!

The studio owner and tech is amazing! (Her name is Alena or Elena?) I was so impressed, I had to jump on here and rave! The studio is located in a professional office building and not on a ground floor business front. I wasn't expecting all that but was so pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful shop, fresh and new and sparkling clean! Such a cute pampering vibe - I was welcomed and we sat to have a consultation. She was great at answering my questions and going over all of the various options. I went for C-Curl, length 12. And can I say again how awesome she was? She is by far the most meticulous and experienced lash tech I have ever been to. She was so thorough (so if you're in a rush or the type that wants in and out - you're out of luck!) - she was gentle and took her time - carefully adjusting and rechecking until the very end. You'll see in my other reviews - I am a huge advocate for giving recognition to local neighborhood businesses that really do things right. We want these businesses to thrive and stay around!
