My eyelashes is basically non-existent since I have monolids and fine asian hair. The service here was fantastic! I got the silk lashes with c curls. After getting my lashes extended, they look so full and long! I almost fell asleep 3x from how gentle and comforting getting my lashes done were. I also got a discount on my eyelashes since it my first time here and I definitely would come back again to get my lashes done.
I'm new to the area and I saw all the great reviews, plus they have a new client special, $50 for a mink set, so why not? I'm glad I did. I had my appointment with Meredith, she was super friendly, and she helped me pick out a size and length that I really liked, I didn't want anything too drastic, but so you could still tell my lashes were bigger. They have very comfortable beds and it's a cozy area. Before leaving I made an appointment for two weeks, no doubts about returning.
Q-Lash is my place to go eye lash extensions. The two woman there Chloe and Yuna are great. Chloe is usually my technician... she does and amazing job. She is really sweet and observant. This past time I told her It's my birthday and I wanted more of a pop look. She even put more than 90 pieces of lashes to make my eyes look even fuller. I will only go to Q-lash. I called on Tuesday evening and begged them to squeeze me in the next day. Chloe made sure she got back to me and they added me on as their last appointment before closing. I will always be so thankful. Great work, from two great technicians.
My first time going there was in February and my person was Chloe. I had such a memorable experience I'm finally glad I've made the time to write this review and insert pictures. Chloe was very attentive to the look I was going for, which was a very natural look. She also made a suggestion of going mink because my lashes appear to be very delicate and fragile and wouldn't hold on to other extension without putting too much stress on my lashes and that would lead to them falling off; both my lashes and the extensions. Chloe was totally right! My past experiences with silk was as such. So we went mink and boy was there a major difference! I loved the look and it lasted me for about a month before they started to fall off. I went on vacation to the caribbean islands for 2 weeks. The heat mixed with sweat. Went to the beach and in the water. Went to a water party got totally soaked. I mean those lashes were holding on pretty well. I'll definitely return here to get my lashes done. Great experience. I've been a regular here since before the pandemic & I love it. The prices are reasonable, the space is always clean, & the technicians are very kind. I've gotten my lashes done by Meredith and Cici and they're both great. I get the mink full set, D curl length 12, and it doesn't feel heavy or uncomfortable at all. There were only 2 times within the past few years of me coming here where I felt that too many lashes have fallen out within 3 days of my appointment so I let them know & they offered to fix it free of charge. Overall, Q lash is great & very accommodating.

Beautiful lashes, clean and relaxing location, no burning & they last long! I got my lashes done the first time for a trip to PR and the lashes stood amazing all week even with 2x jetski, Zipline, beach, boat ride, etc! I love doll eye and cat eye style with 12-13 mm lashes for a pretty/ natural look.
Despite having a bad experience a few years ago, I gave Q Lash another chance because many of my regular lash salons have gone out of business due to the pandemic. Although they've raised their prices since, the quality of their work is much better than I remember and I've already returned several times! Meredith takes great care of me, always being honest about which styles would suit me best and how much my natural lashes can handle. The space itself is very clean and elegant, and I'm obsessed with their 3D Natural Volume lashes - so fluffy & soft!
This hidden gem in Bayside is definitely a must go if you are searching for a fair priced eye lash extension place. I have been looking for places near home to get a little pampering done for myself every 2 weeks. I have been a returning customer to this place mainly because of the excellent service by Yuna. She is very patient and does wonder with eye lashes! I have very light and limited amount of eyelashes but Yuna manages to make them look full and extraordinary. I definitely love the friendly staff and awesome results produced by this place. Also, they are very flexible with scheduling and Yuna has helped me several times with my last minute bookings to fit my busy schedule. I am glad that I found this place and will definitely be returning again very soon.
Save your money, whether it's real money, Monopoly money, Groupon bucks or a Groupon deal. I went twice because of the Groupon that had the purchase and refill option, and honestly it's just terrible. I didn't even make it a week both times and half of the lashes were missing on both, the worst part is that one eye is always balder than the other. Although they are attentive when you complain, they don't seem to hold themselves accountable because I am having the same problem the second time around. I've had lashes before and I am very careful about cleaning them and I stay away from oil based products in general, so my personal care is not the issue. I thought about reaching out to them for the third time, but I don't even want to bother exploring what other options they are going to give me since none of them actually makes the quality of their product reliable. Also, I was going to skip reviewing in general but when I woke up with a practically bald eyelid, I couldn't keep this to myself(only tomorrow will it be a week since I got them). I'll be posting pics (don't mind the horrible angle, please). One more thing, they nickel and dime you for everything, and they also charge separate tax outside of your Groupon payment (not sure if this is normal). I regularly say I hate making bad reviews for small businesses, because it makes me sad, but feeling ripped off for the second time makes me feel sad for myself.

It looks natural yet not entirely, it's perfect for my vacation (leaving tonight) and birthday next week! Can't wait to see how long these beauties last place was clean, lasted an hour and she was so nice!!! Chloe even added over 90 for me so they will last the whole vacay! love her! UPDATE: Went on January 8th and it is now February 1st and they still look good! Normally by 3 weeks they get crazy and have to be removed so I'm so happy!

The environment was peaceful and clean. Definitely will be coming again and referring to friends and fam Update** Wanted to change style on lashes , I'm so happy with the way they came out. These are Mink , Gorgeous style, size 14. My previous lashes were size 12. Love them! I always come out of Q lash feeling relaxed and glamorous. Thankyou !
Meredith is my lash life saver! I naturally have very thin and sparse lashes but she still manages to give me a fluffy and beautiful volume set each time. It never looks clumpy or fake which can happen if you want a 4D-6D volume set. Meredith takes her time and makes sure you are happy with the set you get. I left Bayside and moved to Brooklyn but still come back just to see her. Love Mer!

So this is my first time here and I loved it. I've only had my lashes done maybe a handful of times and I hated it because they always made my eyes look SO fake and never talked over options with me to get the look I wanted. Birthdays coming up, so I figured I'd try it out after I saw a friend get hers done here (hers also came out soooo pretty!) I went to Meredith and she helped me find a good way to customize my lashes so that it suits my eyes. I get the C curl at 10-11, and she helped me realize I'll probably need to customize the inside part of my eye to a J curl because of how my lids make my lashes fall. THIS WAS A FIRST! Finally a worker that actually is trying to make sure I'm fully happy with what I want. You'll want to make an appointment cause their employees get booked up - especially for certain occasions fast, so call it in! Oh lastly, they have a parking lot in the back!! Finally no roaming around for a spot! Definitely became my new lash spot! read more

I've been doing my lashes here since last summer and this is the only place i will ever get them done. My experiences are always 10/10. The girls are so sweet & always do a great job! I get cashmere 13mm in the cat eye shape & it looks better & better each time. And as long as you take care of them, they last super long! highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to do anything with their lashes! they offer other services too read more

Update: After I wrote my review, the nice lady from the lash place contacted me and apologized. She offered to have my lashes redone for free. She was very sweet and accommodating. I went in and was greeted by a lash tech. I told her what I wanted. She was very clean and professional. At the end, I asked for her Venmo so I could tip her but she refused. I offered to tip cash, she still refused,kindly. I'm definitely going back for my 3 week refill. Previous post: I really think the place was clean, the lash tech was super clean. I even have a 35% tip cuz of how my lashes looked at first. Unfortunately it's day 4 and half of the lashes fell off. I've been getting my lashes done for over 2 years now and this never happened before. I'm upset I wasted my money. I'm sure it was just a miss since other pple have great experiences. I won't be going back. I can't touch my eye without the lashes falling off. Eye makeup is definitely a NO! the 3 stars is for how clean the place wand nice the tech was. read more
Purschased a Groupon for Mink Eyelashes. I love how the eyelashes came out! I got 13J Gorgeous lashes, done by Cathy. She was gentle and very friendly! The place is pretty small, however very cozy and clean. Parking was easy to find, right in front. The process took about an hour an a half and they gave me a brush to brush my lashes for home. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely go back!! read more

Can't say enough good things about q lash!! Professional and attentive service. Owner is so sweet. Customer service is great. Easy and convenient. They have a parking lot in back so you don't have to struggle to find street parking. They take Venmo which is super easy and convenient. I asked for natural yet noticeable and she did exactly that. The first time I came here the results were terrible. They do have a 3day guarantee policy. And although it was past the 3 day policy, the owner was very nice to offer to redo my lashes herself free of charge. The results are much better now. I got the mink lashes and they're so natural looking. Happy with the results this time. read more

I've been getting eyelash extensions for over 6 years. I've been to many places and had many experiences, but I have to say this has been the best by far. From the staff, to the customer service, to the quality of work, the cleanliness, everything is just great. They even have a parking lot which is a huge plus ! lol Yuna does my lashes and she is my lash god. She takes her time, and gives me her best quality work every time. What I also love is they honor their appointments, I never have to wait to be seen. They also send a friendly reminder text the day before which is always pleasant. read more

Omg, these girls are amazing! And sooo nice and welcoming. I've been coming to them for nearly a year now bi-weekly and I have no regrets. From the moment you walk through their doors they greet you by name and are just so nice and genuine. That's not the only thing, they do amazing work and stand by their work. I once had a few lashes fall out before a week was over and they were so ready and willing to fix them for me no questions asked. They also make sure to offer you the best advice on how to have your lashes last you longer and they're sure to remind you after every session! My two fav technicians are Yuna and Chloe. The picture I've attached is actually Yuna's work from one of my refill sessions. They're amazing, their vibe is amazing and their work even more. And I get so many compliments daily on my lashes! People actually have a hard time deciphering wether they're real or not... and I just let them guess lol But, I'm usually super lazy to write reviews- but for them I had to! I had an appointment this morning 10am with Meredith or I think her name was Joy she was amazing! She truly took her time on my lashes I wish I tipped even more! But I don't have Venmo I brought cash with me. It was my first time there I was not expecting such dedication and care. I will definitely be a future customer and double my tip especially since we are in Covid world tipping does make the difference. The best service! read more

Came here today after adoring my cousins eyelashes. Did not have a clue as to what was what. The two ladies there were so attentive and explained everything to me. Needless to say I am very pleased with my new lashes! The place itself is very neat and clean. You get to relax in the quiet atmosphere as they give you beautiful lashes! read more

I've been getting lashes at Q lash for about 6 months now. I've gone to a few other places but this is my fav so far. Chloe does a beautiful job. She really takes her time. She doesn't just throw lashes on top of lashes either. She cleans your eyes and makes sure to care for each eye so you get an even natural look. The lashes are light weight and I get a million compliments. The mink are a little pricy but you get what you pay for. Plus they are always on time with appointments and it's so relaxing there. I usually fall asleep! I would def recommend getting lashes done here. read more

We have first time visit from 50-80.Depends what kind of quality you like
Are the refill prices only based on how many weeks go by after getting a set? My friend highly recommended your place to me! I'm just afraid because I know I'll fall in love but may not be able to keep up with the maintenance price 😭

Do these lashes make your natural ones fall off?
No matter where I've gone a few always do fall out but it's never noticeable afterwards, just think about how many fall off naturally when you're not consciously thinking about it!
How long will my lashes last?
i got mine done 2 weeks ago and only like 4 fell out!! the other times i've gotten them done elsewhere they look very sparse within 2 weeks. if you take care of them they'll last ?
