I have gotten lashes there done before and it was nice. However, I'm not a lash girl but I would recommend it. Convenient to get to but no parking on Brookville Blvd. Depending on when you got it can be busy with people getting their lashes done but most people are there for brows. read more

Just opened up in my neighborhood. I really needed to get my underarms waxed and couldn't make it to European wax center. As a longtime ewc water I am accustomed to non double dipping, fresh wax, sterilization, and the 4 step process. Now I will say this place is not Ewc. They offer chocolate wax as opposed to hard wax and have one suite. I asked if they double dip and I was told if I call ahead they can change the wax for me. (It is a small wax pot). She did not double dip the sticks when applying was to my underarms she also had what it looks like roll on wax applicators which isn't the most hygienic. Wax was not painful as I anticipated since chocolate is still a strip wax (use of cloth and softer wax) and all hair was removed quickly and efficiently. Skin was not lifted. Will inspect underarm when I get home. Went back day after and did brows. Came out really really well! Will be back! read more

This tiny little shop in Queens does a really great job. Both my daughter and I got lash extensions, eyebrow, threading, and I received eyebrow tinting. The women were really nice, truly professional, and we both are beautiful now. I will definitely return here again. The owner is lovely and she always does a good job with my eyelashes. The first time I ever got eye lash extensions was at Perfect Lash & Brow Inc. I tried the individual lashes, because it was my first time and I didn't want to pay for the mink eyelashes...ya know, just in case I messed them up and they ended up falling out days after the installation. I mean, can you say, money down the drain?? Anyhow, they came out great. I had people staring, wondering if they were mine or not. My sister commented on them stating that they looked like mink eyelashes. They lasted pretty well, being that I was a first timer and all. I would say about 2 weeks, with a few missing here and there, but not enough to make me look crazy or anything. I'll definitely come back. I'm working my way up to the mink, but I'm not there yet. I've gotten my eyebrows tinted here for the first time a few months ago as well and they came out great. I honestly should've came here first. I got my eyebrows threaded somewhere else and she gave me thin eyebrows. I wanted them fuller. I was growing them out to be thicker, now I have to start all over again. Came here to remove the lashes this woman put on and it was the most painful and scariest thing!!! She used a chemical that literally has a burning sensation and of course with no warning she just applied it while trying to manually pull of extensions! This place is terrible. They make you leave your eyes open while doing your lashes and my eyes were burning the entire time. When I came home, I notice the technician did not put any lashes at the end of my eyelids! This place is definitely an example of you get what you pay for! Lena used to be little more friendly but she's very snobbish and just looks at you when you walk into her establishment and doesn't greet you, even when you walk in and say hello. She has lost some of her customers due to that type of attitude and I'm sure she'll lose even more if she keeps up that attitude. People are spending their money for YOUR service the least you can do is be polite. Just walked into this place for the first time with my daughter to have our eyebrows waxed. She had A lady in the chair doing her eyelash extensions that obviously takes sometime . I saw that she was the only one working and immediately wanted to Leave cause I know I we would get a "rush job" just so she wouldn't loose two paying customers. Stuck around anyway and just like I thought I got a rush job , no cream afterwards either. (just ok) definitely had better aT other places.My daughter was burned with the wax and threading she did hurried.( we didn't notice until we left) and until after I paid and tipped. Been coming here since they've opened and I've never had a bad experience. Even when the other girl was here and did my wax, eyelashes and eyebrows, there seems to be a consistancy to the customer service. 10 out of 10 recommended.
