The technician focused heavily on the ends of my hair rather than my scalp, which felt counterintuitive for a "scalp massage." But after They used three different shampoos, and a quick scalp massage for each shampoo, followed by a "sprinkler" rinse and a combing session. I could feel her pulling at my hair, only to realize she had created several knots while washing it. To top it off, the "arm and back massage" lasted maybe 30 seconds each. I kid you not--it was incredibly brief. The blow-dry was the final straw. She was blowing my hair all over the place without any technique.
