There was barely any pressure at all, to the point where I could hardly even feel the massage. On top of that, about 75% of the time was spent massaging my legs rather than my feet, which was frustrating considering we specifically came for a foot massage. The biggest issue was that the massage definitely did not last the full 45 minutes that we paid for. Between the lack of pressure, very little time actually spent on the feet, and being shorted on the time, I left feeling like it was a complete waste of money. I was asked to adjust the gratuity, which made the checkout experience uncomfortable\. If a minimum gratuity is required, it should be clearly stated in advance or included in the service pricing\. Overall, the combination of the overly intense massage pressure and the checkout experience impacted our impression of the visit, and we are unlikely to return\.

There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel.
