We were shocked because she hung up without making an appointment or even writing down his name or number. I went ahead and called myself to see if there was something available earlier. I called and was told that there was no appointments available because it was too busy. When we came in at 5pm, we were surcharged an extra $4 each person, what for? I'm not really sure to be honest. The massage itself was 7/10 for me! However, my husband was in pain after the massage and felt like it was too much/no movement just pushing down. The next day he was very sore. My massage could have used a little more oil and it felt like it was too dry, rubbing against my skin. The ladies were very nice, but wish it was a little more comfortable.
