You are totally rushed because they definitely overbook and it appears there is normally just one doctor on site. The Dr. came in, took a quick look and made a diagnosis and was done. It took about 3-4 mins, I'm have issues with being rushed when it come to health concerns. Now to be clear this review is NOT about Dr. Wong herself, she was great for the few minuets she was there but she was absolutely overwhelmed and we could tell. The waiting room had at least 4 people waiting and another person in another room. This place needs more than one doctor and needs to give the doctors time to treat each patient without feeling rushed.

First of all, starting with the actual services, painless, professional, and results after just one session (on my legs, underarms and bikini line, chin and upper lip are taking some time but I was warned about that!) Second, the staff- INCREDIBLE! My laser tech for the last 3 sessions has been Michelle and she's so sweet, so knowledgeable, the time goes by so quick with her since she's so easy to talk to!
