I came here off a recommendation of a friend who has been here before for a body massage. I decided to give it a try and I am extremely upset with the service provided to me. The lady who was my massage therapist was beyond unprofessional. She brought her phone into the room and would be on her phone while massaging me with one hand aimlessly. She would run in and out of the room leaving the curtains somewhat open leaving me on the table with my bottom exposed. There wasn't any proper procedure on how to drape private areas! When she was going to massage my arm she flicked the sheet over and my chest was exposed and I was in shock at how, again, unprofessional this woman was! At the end of the service she left the room and left the curtain cracked open while people were walking back and forth outside and I was still fully undressed. I had to cover myself and close the curtain myself. This truly sucks because this was my first massage ever and it was a horrible experience. I would not ever come back here again. read more

I love love love this place. My sister found it and I have been going here ever since. Each time I go I'm reminded why I love it. They take you on time, their pedicures are amazing and your feet feel buttery smooth for days. I always like to get designs on my nails and they can do absolutely anything you want ! We stumbled upon this place accidentally on yelp. I was actually looking for nearby places to eat and my fiancé was complaining about his feet hurting. We decided to check this place out. My fiancé got an hour foot massage which included a 10 min shoulder massage. He said it was incredible, she hit all the spots that needed to be hit. He felt like a million bucks coming out. I got a powder manicure done by Hannah. My nails coming in were a hot mess and Hannah took her time to fix them and made sure my nails looked tip top before leaving. Really enjoyed my first visit here. My second visit was not as wonderful. I opted to do a package which included a massage. I think the "massage" qualified as a beating, as I was sore and uncomfortable for days. I chose the pomegranate spa pedicure which was a suggestion of the staff. The pedicure came out well but at the end of the day my feet were SO DRY! I have never experienced this after a spa pedicure before. I gave three stars for the great job that was done on my manicure. Really happy I decided to pop in here and get a massage and pedicure. The place is split in two, massage parlor on one side and nail salon on the other. Both sides very clean and relaxing. I chose to get a 60 minute body treatment massage and was pleasantly surprised. It's a combination massage of deep tissue, shiatsu, and hot stone -- all custom to your needs to relax muscle tension. For $45 it was an absolute steal and very worth it. I left with less tension and so relaxed. My muscles were very tight and sore and my massage was amazing. A little rough at times- she even walked on my back but I'm sure it was all necessary for me. After my massage I decided to get a pedicure. I asked if they had the liners and yes not only do they have them but everything they use is sterile and you see them opening up the bag of instruments to use on you. They have a bunch of high end polishes--not the cheap ones that will chip in a few days. The pedicure stations are one of the best I've ever seen and the massage chairs with them are great. My pedicure was thorough and exceeded my expectations. I would suggest anyone to come here. It's SPRING and I was looking to get a pedi for flip flop temps! Disappointed place I found last year was 'not taking appointments' b/c "my wife and daughter" are on vacation" so after some time on "Yelp" tried 'New Foot" Told on phone to come "any time" I showed up to 3 empty store fronts, all seemingly recently 'redone' and one very nice lady speaking English, w'another who seemingly understood nothing! Not another customer @ Noon on a Tuesday w'temps pushing *75 for first time in many months!!! Same sort of day last year took a days wait to get a pedi!!! My pedi was "OK" at best, w'the 'basics' taken care of but nothing like hot wax, or other 'extras' some places throw in. My 'comments' like "no cut cuticles" or "please do the scrub on feet also" (never heard of just doing the legs, which would mean lotion massaged in on 'dirty' feet) had to be explained by 'Hanna' which was not an issue and of course is very common but somewhat 'off putting' when having such 'intimate' work done. Feet are 'basic' but I realizd I sure wouldn't want this sort of communication when other things like rotery files or tweezers are in use if Hannah had a client of her own and wasn't 'watching'! Again this was an "OK" pedi and I had no complaints but when it came to paying I was agast......$20 for a very basic pedi and short cuts all the way! I have always given at least a %20 tip and even up to %30 when deserved, but that would make a simple pedi now roughly $25!......am I 'out-of-touch' w'the times??? read more

Listen.. there isn't a fancy locker room.. no one is walking around offering tea or cucumber water and you can faintly hear other people coming and going while being serviced but mannn was this one of the best massages I have ever had. I cannot believe this place has been opened for 4 months and I only JUST got to try it out this past Sunday. Where to begin? I am extremely selective when it comes to nails. I have dry hands and so my cuticles always need more TLC than the average girl. My gel manicure is one of the best I've received. The location is extremely clean. My nail technician took her time and extra care. They even have a small water bottle for you in the pedicure chair. One name. HANNAH. Absolutely incredible. Today I walked in here with 2 of my individuals. One is legally blind and the other has a physical disability. We decided it would be a good day to have a girls relaxation day. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Hannah and she said we would have to take turns since the other ladies were giving massages. When I go to a nail salon by myself I am usually there for 2 hours for just a gel manicure. Hannah got done 2 regular manicures and a gel manicure in 2 and a half hours and she made my girls feel so special. When they had to use the bathroom she would make sure they would get up the one step safely and she kept making sure they were comfortable. Hannah did a wonderful job on our nails we were so satisfied. At the end she gave all of us a discount to return next time and you can be sure we will definitely be back. I found this salon by doing a yelp search and I'm glad I did! The owner or manager (not sure) was very welcoming and so was my technician. I was the only person in the nail salon section which was pretty surprising for a Saturday early afternoon but it did feel like my own personal spa day! I go the lemon spa pedicure and a regular manicure. Conny was super attentive and took her time which I truly appreciated because thats not always the case. I truly felt like she cared about her work and giving me a great experience. I came in for a lemon tea spa pedicure late on a Sunday evening. They were able to accommodate me last minute for my treatment. Connie and Hanna are the sweetest individuals. I received a ten minute massage, callus removal and cream mask on my feet + calves. On top of that, they made sure to shape my toe nails perfectly and meticulously. She took the time to investigate which nail polish shade would match the pink on my ombre french tips since I had them done elsewhere - so I wouldn't leave unhappy since I'm very picky. The price was amazing for the quality of service and time she had spent. I was happy to pay the additional money for callus removal. My feet and legs are so soft now. This place is a GEM in a sea of mediocre nail salons in the Wantagh/Bellmore area. Firstly, there is ample parking, a major convenience. Secondly, it is sparkling clean, a must! Some of these hole-in-the-wall salons are wiping your hands with towels that have been used just that day. Disgusting. Thirdly, they have little amenities that show their attention to detail, such as bottled water at the pedicure chairs. Fourth, no angry crosstalk in their native tongue and no eye-rolling at the customers. You feel welcome and pampered, not just a utilitarian mani/pedi. But let's talk about the mani/pedis - PERFECT! Clean cuticles, even nails and perfect polish that lasted over a week!! And best of all, a really good foot spa too. My toenails were beautifully shaped and my toes were pain free during the cuticle cutting process.
