Jenny understood the assignment. I am going to go ahead and say this was the best massage I have ever had. I will definitely be back.

This is my 2022 update for Sparadise...still the best place after all these years. Andy is still the best out here.

I went to a Sound Healing class last night with my friends and was very excited to experience the…read moresalt cave as well as the sound bath. This was my first time visiting the Healing Grotto and I was excited based off the event description and the picture from the website. Unfortunately, we didn't get anything that was advertised! "Small groups with inviduals sitting in anti gravity chairs to completely relax" - There were NO chairs. We had to sit on the floor for over an hour and a half which is torture on my body!! They crammed maybe 25 of us into the tiny salt cave and some of us barely has room to half lay down. It was very, very clear they overbooked and just wanted to get more money rather than make this event special for their attendees. "During the session, Rick will move around the room and give each attendee a more personal experience" - Absolutely not. There was no room for anyone to do anything, let alone for him to get up and come to each of his. I do not blame Rick for this. "Each attendee will receive a complimentary 10 minute "Chakra on the Go" download" - Didn't happen! We asked the guy behind the counter about this and he had no clue what was advertised on their website. He tried to make us ask Rick about it but we made him ask, seeing as he was the one working there. We were told to message Rick for our download. The facility itself seems nice but I certainly wouldn't get a massage there. The rooms led right into the lobby and I can't imagine how loud it gets. Speaking of loud, distracting noises, during the sound healing there were motors running the whole time, switching on and off. Very distracting on top of my pain from sitting on the floor. All in all, I did not enjoy my experience, I feel I completely wasted $50 and I feel I was ripped off. To be promised a relaxing, intimate of healing and just get a painful, session of 'how long can you sit still", is no fun and I don't feel any better, happier or healed for having visited this place. Oh and that guy either had no clue what he was doing trying to ring my friend up or he deliberately wasted an extra 10 minutes of our time. Which brings up another point, the healing was an 80 min session. About 30 of those minutes were spent chit chatting and an unnecessary Q&A afterwards that seriously broke any sort of connection I had received from the music. An awful night made only better by virtue of the fact that I was with my friends and Rick's music was nice, I'll admit. Certainly never coming back to this location though.

Very highly recommended! Mike, Kelly, and the entire team (in no particular order, Anthony, Rob,…read moreAmy, Sean, Julia, Ang, Taylor, and anyone's names I'm forgetting!) are all incredible. They work in sync like a band that's been playing together for years, lapping around and making sure all patients are engaged and progressing through the various treatments/exercises in their respective treatment plans. I came here in August with a ruptured Achilles that I had surgery to repair, and walked out (literally!) just a few months later, and far earlier than the surgeon had expected. That's a true testament to the time and attention everyone here gave to me, referring frequently to my chart and the well-taken notes, gradually adding weight and/or repetitions on, and mixing in new exercises when appropriate. I also really appreciated the overall vibe here. Good music is always playing (could be 90s grunge, pop country, or classic rock, depends on who takes over the playlist!) staff are all friendly with the patients and with each other, and there's a great mix of folks in here to chat with. The walls are decorated with staff photos, pics of their kids, etc. and little league team photos from the teams they sponsor! Short version: It's about as fun as physical therapy can be! I am so appreciative to everyone here, and although I hope I never need PT again, I'd return here without hesitation! Thank you!

She has been working with my son for over 12 months and when we first started coming here he was not even sitting independently. He is now confidently walking and running and even jumping. I can very honestly say the progress my son has made would not have happened if it wasn't for Dr. Kelly. She is amazingly sweet and the entire staff at the practice was very genuine and kind and worked with us and our insurance company to ensure we got the best care. I appreciate them and I would recommend them to everyone!

My masseuse felt like a used car salesman - spending a chunk of my hour massage hands off trying to give me an anatomy and physiology lesson to validate why I needed subsequent sessions .. I can't stand when you pay for an hour of hands on massage and they fool around and cut corners to spend less time hands on. what an awful disappointment. I have never had a prenatal massage before, this was a gift from my husband, and I didn't realize how hard they are to book because no one has any appointments. Typically I go to those Asian salons where for $40 they walk all over you. Prenatals are.....much more delicate. Don't get me wrong, the experience was lovely and relaxing, just different from what I'm used to. They have a prenatal membership for a monthly massage at $89 which is a great price. I'd go back but would appreciate someone who isn't sick working on me - I'm pregnant, if I get sick it can be bad. I also didn't feel like I got the full hour because she kept having to leave to cough outside of the room (yes, she wore a mask). That said, she was very nice and I did enjoy the massage. I just wish they wouldn't throw a pregnant woman in a 1:1, hands-on room with someone who may or may not be contagious.
