So disappointed been coming here for years and my husband brought me a gift certificate for my birthday for a Happy Super combo and when I went to use it they told me the price went up and I had to pay the different . Their prices go up every year so if you buy a gift certificate for someone know they will have to pay out of pocket which is terrible when the gift certificate said it was for the service he brought it for. Visited here with my girlfriends for a bridal shower. We spoke with Angela to make our initial appointment, it was definitely a complicated one to take over the phone for 6 women with 6 diff services, but she was organized and told me prices in advance as well. We got there as the spa opened and were taken in immediately - three of us had massages in the salt cave, while three didn't. For the ones that did, we weren't sure if we felt any different, I'm admittedly not sure what we should have felt since it was our first time in a salt cave! But my massage personally with the CBD oil was fantastic, a little hard at times but my masseuse was great at toning it down when I asked. My facial was also pleasant (note they don't do extractions). The issue was when we paid - the prices were all more than she quoted me originally. My service was originally meant to be $130 and she told me when I was paying that it was $250. Almost double! I chalked it up to her not hearing that I wanted it in the salt cave. I said I didn't have enough cash to cover the services - I'll have to pay card - and they refused to take my card. She had mentioned that they prefer cash, which I understand, but if I don't want to take out cash from their atm and pay additional fees, they should be accepting my card if that's a payment option. All in all, unsure if I'd go back, but the CBD oil massage was great, and I'll definitely be getting CBD oil for myself as a result of this but not great customer service. read more

I came on a Friday night and it had many people. I got a full body massage and the space in which the massage tables are placed are way too small. Initially, I had nowhere to put my coat until the masseuse brought a bin for me to tuck my things away. There were lots of distractions from other staff talking and it was distracting my masseuse. The massage that I had was underwhelming and I regret paying an extra $10 for the CBD oil. The massage felt disjointed as my body parts did not get equal attention. I do appreciate that the masseuse was communicative about my preferences, but overall did not leave feeling relaxed like I normally do at other massage parlors. I recommend that they limit the amount of people that they have at one time even though I know this is not always feasible for business. There also needs to be more space with each bed to allow for comfort and more privacy. Unfortunately, I would not come back here. read more

I got back stateside and hit the weights hard benching 405 lbs after two hours of racquetball yesterday at the gym. My body was beaten up and confused with the time zones. I made an appointment for a 90 minute full body massage. The process was painless and 1-2-3. The therapist Lisa was spectacular- amazing hands, very attentive, strong, thorough, adjusting and sensitive to my specific injuries and areas of concern plus the scream worthy scalp massage. The spa is immaculate. The flow from the welcome to the 4 minute comfortable couch seating to the polite placement in the massage room was smooth, efficient and quick. Every employee who I encountered wished me and smiled. The owner was a sweetheart and on top of her game. The spa has a rewards program. Specials too where $500 pre paid gets one $600 in services to use. Love that they are open daily from 10-9 and just east of the Wantagh Parkway. This truly was a great massage. I had gotten a gift for a massage in the salt cave and a facial. They ended up doing the facial in the salt cave also I guess because I was already in there but then at the end they charged an extra 100 because the facial was done in the salt cave. I never asked for the facial to be done in the salt cave. I expected it to be done outside the salt room. I used 2 separate gift cards one massage in salt cave gift card and one facial gift card. I wish they would have said ok massage is over let's go out to do your facial OR we can stay here for an extra charge. Put a really bad taste in my mouth to be surprised with an extra 100 I needed to pay. The salt cave is not worth it. It's just a regular room with salt on the walls. I reserved a girls spa day. When we arrived at the place it was busy. We were immediately accommodated. We did the combo - 60 minutes and 45 minutes in the salt cave. Each of us received our massage in separate rooms, and everyone enjoyed it. After the massage, we convened in the salt cave, and everyone loved the salt cave. An absolute terrible experience. I've been to this location once before for a foot massage and it was good. This time around I came with a friend and the ladies doing our foot massages were talking so loud to each other the entire time and then more workers came over and they were all talking to each other and fooling around causing the massage to be stopped a few times. I am currently pregnant and my feet are a little swollen and she made fun them. She also made fun of the size of my shoe, mind you I wear a size 8. The massage and overall experience was no where as good as the last time. At the end of the massage they charge me $10 more than my friend saying it was because I was pregnant. They have a xmas promo where you buy 10 for $450 plus 2 free ones. Note cc have a 3% charge. It was suppose to come with the salt cave but she didnt write it on my gift cert. the boss was a little confused when I told her about it. Overall clean place. Total disaster would NEVER recommend. I came here in a group of 12 for my cousins birthday, When we went in the lady said that I would have to pay 35 dollars for my niece. Straight after that the owner pushed me into rooms and told me nothing. After that we both booked the facial and it was horrible. She told me it would be 30 min foot and 30 min facial. I laid down and she wrapped up my hair and just kept putting on the same products and wiping it off, the steam that she had spraying on my face smelled horrible. While my sister was doing the massage a male employee started opening the curtains and peeking. After it was over the lady owner started telling me it was 85 dollars for me and my niece after she told me 35 dollars, I told her that she had already said that it was 35 and that I would have a discounted price as she is a kid and she started screaming at me and these people on the couch started saying I was crazy. After that I paid and left. The lady that did my facial ran out crying and begging for tips. Horrible would never in 100 years recommend to my worst enemy. read more

A salt cave has come to Nassau! Impression: Clean. Professional. Polite. In the salt cave a Disney-esque voice comes over the speakers and tells u the benefits of Himalayan Salt. After the very brief announcement ,the spa sounds come on. A fan goes on too. So theres nice white noise going on. The ceiling of the"cave" looks like a nite sky with twinkling blue lights. The facial was nice. But, the lady that gave me a massage was so aggressive. I told her to lighten up on the pressure please and she did the exact opposite. Then 4 times she tried upselling me on time and products during the session so I couldn't even relax. She asked me to pick an essential oil, the told me while applying it was $10???? I would've said no!! At one point she told me to hush because I "answered her too loudly and there are customers" ?? I wasn't even loud so it was very odd. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I booked two 90-minute messages for myself and my friend. I received a text to confirm the appointment. When I booked the appointment and in response to the text I said specifically that we wanted deep tissue messages and asked if they had people that were very strong. They assured me that we would get a deep message and that they had strong people. We arrived on time. I had to wait 15-minutes before they took me in and my friend had to wait 45 minutes. My time is valuable. I don't understand why a message business can't operate efficiently. Messages are timed. When they make a reservation they know when the previous message should begin and end. They should have been able to start my message at the scheduled time. I have had hundreds of messages over the past 40 years in this country and across 5 continents and my friend and I can say, without reservation, without hesitation and without hyperbole: THIS WAS THE WORST MESSAGE WE HAVE EVER HAD. They just could not grasp the concept of a deep tissue message. We both told our masseuses multiple times during the session to go harder, go deeper. They would put more pressure for about 30 seconds and then go back to this soft useless pressure. Besides that, there was no flow. A message has a progression. You start in a certain area, determine the status of the muscles, focus on what the body needs, and increase the strength as you progress and the muscles start to relax. These masseuses' did none of that. In fact they were all over the body jumping from area to area. A completely useless experience. I was more tense and aggravated after I finished the message than when I went in. And to add insult to injury, they charged me an extra $10 because they used "essential oil". I didn't ask for anything extra and was not told I was going to be charged extra if they used this oil. Stay away from this place. A complete waste of money and time. read more

I always leave so refreshed and relaxed after massages. I have been to other girls who are incredible as well!! This was the absolute WORST massage I've ever had (and I've had some pretty bad experiences). I haven't yelped in quite some time but I needed to review this spot to save someone from wasting their money and having a terrible experience. I booked a couples massage and both of our massages were terrible. They kept pouring a bunch of cheap oil on us, cheap because the oil started irritating both of our skin and itching, and just rubbed the oil on us. The woman massaging me had long nails and her nails kept uncomfortably scratching my skin. There was no pressure or comfort for even a minute. When I asked my masseuse to not have any more oil (we were dripping oil) she then aggressively would adjust my towel on me and roughly move things around as if she was throwing a tantrum. Next negative point is the service. No one greeted us upon entering or leaving. I went to the counter to check in and that was all. We had a booked massage and had to wait in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes and no one told us a wait time or cracked a smile our way. When our massage was finished, our masseuses did not wait for us to walk us back to the front or offer us water. They try to charge you for everything and when I was paying the lady at front kept trying to peer into my wallet. Don't come here unless you want to pay money for a terrible experience and a gross massage that leaves you running home to take a scalding shower. read more
