Before the appointment was booked and before I let her massage me, my girlfriend asked her if she was licensed because I recently have had major spinal fusion surgery. Well, Lilly has lied to us and is not licensed nor know anything about massages. On top of lying over the phone, to my face and right in my eyes, in my home, as I explained to her my concerns. Long story short, I stopped my 1 hour massage, 10 minutes in because of pain caused by someone who who has the indecency to lie to me in my own house and put me at risk. My girlfriend has been trying to workout a refund but has been getting the run around for 2 weeks. All we wanted AFTER she emailed a fake certificate and have her on video in my house admitting to lying. She only came over when my girlfriend wanted some other services she isn't licensed to do, at that time my girlfriend confronted her Nicely and she admitted lying. BUYER BEWARE, at this point I have no option but to bring her to court for my x-rays,MRI's and other bills I have incurred due to her gross negligence.

If you don't have the space for us then don't take us in and give us a sub-par experience. I'm quite peeved that I wasted my time and money on this place.
