At one point it out me into a quickly passing deep sleep. I also quickly woke up because I wanted to remain conscious of this experience. There were a few annoying things that I could do without and they could improve on (they dumped the buckets of foot bath water into the toilet, which is very close by. The sound of a gulping, slurping toilet doesn't really match the environment you want to create for a place like this. Then there was the pause in the middle of the massage to answer the ringing phone. But I understand in a place like this it is maybe too expensive for them to hire a receptionist). Though I'd been to her once 2 years before, I was still nervous however once she started massaging I relaxed and though it was painful it was so much better afterwards . She really tried to work the knot out and help because she could see I was in pain. I only wish I could get back there weekly. The place is not fancy but it's neat & clean and she's very nice. My massage could have used a little more oil and it felt like it was too dry, rubbing against my skin. The ladies were very nice, but wish it was a little more comfortable. When one person would come in the store the doorbell would ring and the massage lady would leave in the middle of the massage; felt rushed too as they both kept looking at the clock for time to be up. I just filled out a short form, had a short introductory conversation and laid down. There was a really nice refreshing scent that permeated the space, For the short hour I was there I felt safe, taken care of, and came out refreshed. Not just that but I felt a hard to describe kind of better than I had before, kind of like life got lighter, less of a weight in my head and chest. I sought to feel more grounded and comfortable within my body and found I came out with that and so much more.
