The bolster had a slight smell to it and I had to ask them to wipe it. The upside is the masseuse did a decent job. Although the type of massage we were getting was not discussed it resembled a combination of a deep tissue with a hot stone ending. They concentrated on a face down, massage with back neck and legs, but never turned us over, that was new to me.
