Therefore, I planned to stagger our arrival. I arrived around 11:35. I requested a 90 minute massage and was told " no 60 minute better". She was going to massage my husband afterwards so I understood. My massage started at 11:45 AM. The doorbell Rand around 12::00 PM. A white gentlemen entered who seemed to be a regular based on the conversation that I overheard she told him she was busy and asked if he could come back in 30 minutes. He said no and told her he'd return some other time. He was about to leave when she proceeds to tell him " wait, I'll take you now" . I thought this was odd since she was the only worker there. She then comes back to my room and tells me that my massage will now be 30 minutes, and is over. Then asks me i"is that ok" . I informed her that I overheard the conversation and this was terrible customer service. She hasn't even massaged me for 30 minutes. I have never been to such an unprofessional establishment. I attempted to try it a place I wouldn't typically look twice at because it was local and convenient, but boy do I regret that. BEWARE. Unprofessional, racist facility. This should be awarded 0 stars!!!!

I opted to pay the $10 extra charge to book with a level three Master Elite massage therapist. I arrived early for my morning appointment and was greeted warmly by Giselle at the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised to see a welcome sign with my name and the names of other new clients. The personal acknowledgment made me feel special! Erik my massage therapist, was professional and asked pertinent questions. What level of pressure did I like? Any pains or areas that I felt needed special attention? He did an excellent job on working out some kinks in my shoulder area. And worked out a slight flare up of my sciatica. An hour later I left refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated!! I made another appointment with another Master Elite in a couple of months. Every therapist has a different style and I would like to see which one might work best for me. I took the brochure home that explains the different subscriptions available and what they offer. Even if I decide against a subscription, I will definitely be returning again.
