Sat me down and told me how to adjust my chair, she gave me a complimentary bottle of Fiji water and offered chocolates. I have been to other foot spas in the past where they give you a quick back massage while your feet is soaking, but this place is strictly knees to toes. Ok, so the ottoman opens up and converts to a foot bath where I was able to soak my feet. You literally soak for 1 min after that your foot massage begins, while my feet was soaking I took out my phone Vivian said "do you need the wifi" . I don't remember the name of the guy who did my feet but he was magical, and before you knew it. I was knocked out. The chairs was really comfortable. Cons: - while getting your feet massage they don't give you a blanket like most places they give you a really big towel ( it looks like a blanket but it's not) it hard and rough. - they don't give the courtesy back rub ( which you never appreciate until you don't have it ) - chair massage. I paid $10 extra for 10 min for a chair massage cause I needed a quick run down and that's exactly what it was a quick rub down. It felt like I could have had my toddler give me a better massage then that. So please just stick to feet at this place. I tried calling, but this place didn't speak very good English, so I texted them instead. It took a bit to get the most basic information, like time and confirmation they had a female masseuse, as the appointment was for my wife, on her birthday. Finally it was all confirmed for 2 hours later, at 4:15. But when we got there, there were two women ahead of us that told the employee they had a 4:10 appointment. We noticed they were having issues getting set up and the employee had to call their manager. The manager wanted to talk to me. She went on to tell me that I had not confirmed in time. What? I had confirmation from her, in texts, and confirmation my wife would be provided a female worker. But the manager said it was my fault. How I asked, we were confirmed, you can see this in the texts. She got rude. My wife finally looked at me and said: "Darling, this was sweet of you. But ..." She came closer and quietly said, "Breath deep. To calm down, but also do you smell that? Something smells horrible." I took a breath and yes, something was not as it should be. I wanted my wife to have a relaxing birthday. Instead, they amped up her anxiety. We left. There was also some weird guy standing there looking at the women. Maybe he is a masseur, I don't know. But his gawking made my wife uncomfortable to undress with him walking all around.
