One of the best foot massages I've ever been too!!! Just absolutely incredible. After being so stressed at work and health issues lately, I needed something to really help me relax. The staff was so friendly and kind!! Very comforting. After doing neck and back for like 10mins, they help you get extra comfortable in a recliner, with a eye mask, headphones for relaxing music to listen too, and a blanket. Then the serenity begins. This review is very much delayed but I wanted to post this still for others to come see. I came here for the first time last month when I was experiencing excruciating back pain. I had been eyeing this place for such a long time every time I come on to yelp and considering the place I was going to, I had felt the massages were just okay and the owner had raise their prices because of covid (which I have no problem about but when I'm getting a massage I don't want a "just okay" massage). I'm soo happy I finally checked this place out. I came on a quiet, rainy day and the atmosphere inside is just extremely relaxing. I'll warn you all ahead of time, once you enter the spa area. It is very dark but your eyes will adjust. This was probably the best spa experience I had because it was so quiet inside, I literally had know idea there were others there until I heard people leaving the spa area. If you're looking for a spa place with private rooms, this isn't the place but the body massage area just has curtains but like I said it is pretty dark in here where people wouldn't see you undressing. I'm not going to take off a star for this because the person that gave me the massage really was amazing but the only recommendation I can make for them is the beds for the body massage are not extremely comfortable. However that will not steer me away at all. I also appreciated how the girl who was giving me the massage asked me if I would prefer a scalp massage or a foot massage for the last ten minutes and I get foot massages all the time so getting a scalp massage was a nice change and super relaxing. My schedule has been super busy but I have been trying to figure out when the next time I can come back because the massage I received really was something else and I want to experience that again! My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new place because our previous go to significantly raised their prices. We were extremely happy with Orchid and the owner is so friendly! We loved the headphones (although my boyfriend's kept skipping and making noises) but didnt know how to make it louder as there were 2 ladies next to us where one was snoring and the other talking in her sleep (I still dont understand why the masseuse doesnt wake these ppl up bc it's an issue every where I go). O M G I don't even know where to begin. I called ahead on a Saturday morning and came in for a regular foot massage. I've been to other places in the area but the cleanliness, vibe, and quality was top notch. The chairs you sit in are like marshmallows that you just fall into. They start with a neck and back massage while your feet soak which is divine. I wasn't a huge fan of the scalp massage during this part of the treatment and I would ask them to skip it next time. I should note that I had a man masseuse so maybe he was just too tough with my scalp, but it sure wasn't a light touch. The foot massage part itself was great! You sit back in the recliner, they put a sleeping mask on you, and wireless headphones with spa music. The music was a little louder than what I would have the volume at, but i don't know if you could adjust. Anyway, this place is great, check it out! read more

I have known the owner for 9yrs now and have followed her from her previous place. I personally think she is wonderful!! If you are unhappy about anything, she addresses it right away or if you explain what you want she relays it to the masseuse. This was our first massage since Covid and I couldn't be happier with the safety and quality! We called to make an appointment (same day). Right away we felt the place was not only super clean but everyone working was wearing masks (the fancy plastic ones too) which made everything feel professional and safe. My wife brought me here because I was in need of some tlc. We did a 60min treatment and it was $40. The waiting room is well designed and elegantly decorated which made me feel I was in a swanky nyc building, and wanted champagne. My wife instantly noticed the beautiful service we received upon entering the place. the massage was great. 7/10(I asked to rub harder and the women didn't maybe I said it low). Everything is CLEAN, brand spanking new, the fireplace inside was a nice touch too(it's in the freaking wall) Only one suggestion, after your time is done I would of loved la cup of water even tho she massaged mostly my legs. Just left Orchid Foot Spa, I treated my husband to a 90 minute foot massage It was amazing, I needed that sooooo bad, I am having a medical problem and I am soooo happy I came to Orchid. Terry the lady at the front desk was extremely nice when I called to book at last minute, so we walk in to the back area they have it dark, which is perfect! The darkness just relaxes you, they have a fountain in the room and very soft beautiful nature music playing We sit down and they bring us a foot bath with herbs and sugar or some type of sand and something that smells awesome we soaked our feet while they massaged our backs, head and arms Then we lay down in recliners and on went the foot massages I had Maria who was perfect, she was gentle but she went in on all the right spots on my feet. I am soooo relaxed and I enjoyed it so much and I will be back maybe once a week. read more

The good: the place looks nice. The owner is nice. The prices are great. The not-so-good: everything was so-so, and sometimes worse. We showed up an hour before close (because our usual place was busy), and were their last massage for the day. All three of us felt like our massage was rushed. My masseuse seemed like she was just going through the motions - she barely worked my back, but then massaged my feet with her knuckles *way* too hard. She seemed like the was rushing - would touch or rub some muscle a little, and then go back to the easiest move possible - which was apparently knuckling my feet. The face mask they gave me barely covered my eyes, the hot stone was *way* too hot, and the headphones kept breaking, skipping tracks, and cracking. I know this may sound picky, but the place we normally go to is almost identical - except it doesn't have these problems. All in all, it felt like the masseuses just wanted to get out of there, and we were in the way. read more

I used to frequent this business very often when it was owned by the other woman and the experience was always amazing and relaxing. Since there has been a new owner I haven't been as much but my mother still comes often. My mother and I decided to end the new year with a nice relaxing foot massage so we called and made appointments for 7 PM on Monday evening (New Years Eve). When we walked in there was 3 other people waiting to go in as well and I should have known then by how the staff was acting that it was going to be a shit show. They seemed very overwhelmed and confused. I was paired with an older woman in a stripped shirt who from the minute I sat down sucked. The back rub and head rub was horrible. She did not use any pressure and basically scratched my head for 5 minutes which was very bizarre. Then when it was finally time to move to the reclining chair and start my leg and foot massage, the woman walked away and didn't return for a few minutes. When she returned she used the towel I was going to lay on to wipe her wet hands so when I sat back on the towel it was WET! The towel she put under my feet was also wet and cold!!!! The best part was when she came over with a third towel and laid it on top of me instead of a nice comfy blanket like EVERYONE else got!!! So not only was I cold and wet because she used wet towels I didn't even get a blanket to warm me up. At this point I was so irritated and annoyed I would have left after that but I did not want to make a commotion and disrupt the other patrons. The foot and leg rub was a joke. She lightly rubbed (if you would even call it that) my legs and feet and used hardly any lotion so it was almost painful. I was counting down the minutes that the whole thing was over. The reason I am giving one star is because of the customer service from the owner. When I went to pay I let the owner know how horrible the whole experience and she took my gift certificate for the massage and offered no solution besides "next time, I will remember you, you come in and I will make sure you get someone else" ..... NEXT TIME?!?!? Why would I come back here again and waste another $30 when my experience was horrible and you offered nothing but a giggle and a next time it will be better. I am sorry but she should have either not taken my gift certificate so I could use that another time or given some sort of free additional treatment. I will not be returning solely on the response from the owner who obviously doesn't care about her customers and employs people who do not know what they are doing. The whole experience left me more stressed than when I entered the building and the customer service I received when I told the owner how horrible it was really makes me want to never come back here. It really sucks because I really used to like this place! Plus I gave gift certificates out as Christmas gifts and now I am hoping they don't experience such crappy service because it would be such a waste of money and time!! read more

So I call for an appointment , guy on phone who doesn't speak English says 3:30 .....I get there and he says 4 o'clock ...annoyed but what's 30 minutes go in my car and listen to radio , go back in at 4 and he says not ready yet ....want drink of water ? , so now I'm in my car waiting and very annoyed ...I will continue review after foot rub. I returned to Orchid Foot Spa after a long absence. The owner, Terry Wang, is a concerned business person, who took over the spa six months ago. It had been closed for four month. I am impressed with Terry, her technicians and the ambiance of the spa. One hour of sheer relaxation, including headphones, an eye mask and sumptuous chairs with ample space between customers receiving services. Not a "massage mill," by any means. $30 well spent plus a $10 tip after a hectic Friday. I will be going back regularly. read more

This was very relaxing! The atmosphere was very calming with update front area and a very clean and quite back area with a wall fire place and music of water. I've been to a few foot massage places most don't spend time massaging my scalp or my hands which they spent decent time doing. The foot soak was also different and so relaxing that when my feet came out they felt like dead weight. It is also rare that I am relaxed enough to fall asleep during a massage and I did! Terri owner always does right thing by me. I get good service and it's clean and quiet.

I love this place for date night. I always ask for Maria. She has a light touch and yet firm when needed on certain areas of the body. I don't like deep tissue so she has the perfect pressure for me. My husband and I have decided that we will go once a month or more because for one hour it's only $30! You can't beat that price. I recommend going with your hair loose and thin layers of clothing. Make sure your pants can be rolled up to your knees because you will be soaking your feet in a jelly type substance. read more

All I can say is when you walk into Orchid Foot Spa it's like walking into heaven . Terri the owner is so sweet , professional, accommodating and knows how to treat people with kindness and respect .
