I've been coming to this place for a couple of years since it has opened. It has to be one of the best places I've been for a massage. I have persistent lower back muscle spasms that comes and goes periodically. I've been to many ortho docs and physical therapists to no avail. My GP told me to try getting a massage. I've been to many places but this has to be the BEST Place! Since I've been coming here, my spasms have been at bay, so now I come on a weekly basis. The women here are professional and friendly and really know what they're doing!

So I want to start off by saying that I have always loved this place. It is so well run and the…read moremassages are the best. Today, my niece and I went for one hour foot massages. When it was over I gave my guy a tip and I had told my niece she was responsible for tipping her guy. She is a college student so she gave the guy $5. He came running back and threw the $5 bill back at her. We were really confused but the man at the desk pointed out their "tip guide" which said $12 for foot massage. It was poorly handled and also if it is a guide why would he refuse any tip? According to their guide I didn't tip enough with $10. Do they not understand that a tip is voluntarily given for good service? A guide is like a suggestion. If they require a certain amount perhaps they need to reflect it in their prices. I'm sure there are plenty of other foot spas on Long Island that do not have tip requirements. Prior to today my rating would have been 5 stars but this situation was handled very poorly. It was unprofessional and obnoxious to throw money back at a young girl because "it wasn't enough" according to their "guide" which would make it a 37.5% tip! I should have left feeling relaxed after a great massage but instead I left feeling stressed and upset over the situation.

Both ladies were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. I sit at a computer desk all day, and my massage therapist really focused on loosening the areas that hold the most tension from sitting and working at a desk. My partner is an athlete, and his therapist adjusted her approach and used different techniques based on what his body needed, which we really appreciated. The entire experience felt personalized rather than like a standard one-size-fits-all massage. We both left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. We will definitely be going back!

The masseuse did not ask me what I wanted or how hard, and he did not speak English very well. The first half of the massage he kept the towel on and massaged me through the towel. It got better when he took it off and used oil on my skin. He then used hot coals which was nice but then finished with a thin, rough warm towel that turned cold pretty quickly. He finished up the massage and that was it. 60 min rub, without the 20 min foot massage! I didn't say anything because 39 dollars is a good price for a massage, but the massage was not that great and I did not get everything I thought I was paying for. Lastly, it did not seem like a very clean place or like they took much care in keeping it sanitary. 2 stars because of the decent value but overall terrible experience.
