Sophia didn't really analyze my skin like aestheticians often do when it's your first time seeing them. She told me the neck and chest are not included with my ($230) facial so I agreed to pay more money to extend to those areas. She then rushed through the entire facial as she had another client waiting at 11:45 promptly. Why offer me more services for an additional $95 if you're not going to execute the full facial to optimize my results?! Very confusing. I left her a $40 tip because I'm not an a$$hole but I would not go back to this person for this service. After I put my contacts back in I was very unimpressed with my results. She hardly even did extractions. Perhaps they should not book clients back to back and make their clients feel rushed. Another side note is that they offered me a glass of Prosecco and then charged me for it lol paying over $450 for services and not even receiving a complimentary glass of champs is wild to me. The past 10 years have been a love-and-hate relationship. Like many others, I stopped going to these wellness sessions after COVID. And I had a lot of acquired sessions due to the monthly membership. This year in September, I wanted to make an appointment but discovered my account was suspended. I started calling this location, and from the first call, I learned it was because of an expired credit card. Since September, I have called the location 6 times (into November) and was always told by the front desk they would have the owner call me, but I never received any calls. I was frustrated but didn't want to unleash my anger at the front desk staff because they were informative from day one, but they were equipped with the right tools to help me. That's something only a manager or the Owner can do. But I was told in late October, their manager was on leave. Finally, in November, I got to the Manager, Mayuri, and that's the best thing that had ever happened in the past 3 months. She took matters into her hands, called me back the next day as she promised, and I was able to resolve the issue in less than 15 minutes over the phone. When I looked into my emails, I noticed Mayuri, again, was the helpful manager who assisted me during COVID time when I had to put the membership on hold. If it weren't for the pleasant experience with Mayuri, I would have left them after 11 years of loyal membership. And to the owner, I don't know who you are, but if you are not going to take care of your customers (like all these promised calls), please at least empower your employees with the right tool to assist customers. Because if it weren't for these polite, nice people over the phone, many would leave this membership.

Room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The two aspects that were annoying were: 1) no ice on our floor. We always had to go one floor below to get ice; and 2) the TV was not user-friendly. There was no visual "guide," so we never knew what was airing at any time. Plus there were no premium stations and even very little regular cable stations. It felt like we were in some remote area where they couldn't get any station coverage. Otherwise, it was fine. I would probably stay here again unless we could find a better room rate elsewhere.

Erin, the Events Manager, was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and was also present on the day of the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. Renting a private event space on a Friday night is never inexpensive, but we found the Viana to be very reasonably priced, especially for 2026. We hosted over 60 guests along with our DJ, Joe from On Fire DJs, and the room felt like the perfect size. There was plenty of space for dining and socializing, while still keeping a great party atmosphere. The dance floor was packed all night with high school graduates having an amazing time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to load and unload our balloons, signs, and decorations through the back entrance, which made setup and cleanup so much easier. The food deserves special recognition. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order rather than prepared hours in advance. The appetizers were hot, crispy, and delicious. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. Throughout both the cocktail hour and dinner buffet, guests kept going back for seconds and even thirds. Nearly every plate was cleaned. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with a variety of cakes, pastries, coffee, and tea that gave everyone plenty of options to finish the evening on a high note. Our family and guests had an incredible experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Viana Hotel for any special event. The girl I had, Tiffany looked really young but she did a great job. I had cut the top half of my nail off on accident while chopping vegetables and I was nervous a tech would just rush through it and file on the skin and not listen to me asking to go slow with that and not cut it. She was really good and was able to take her time to buff what was remaining of the nail out so although it's super short it still blends with the others. She even went back and added extra cuticle oil on to the exposed raw skin for that nail. They have an extensive selection for gel colors and are upfront about the varying costs. Great business model as well, with their loyalty cards and cash back rewards program incentivizing me to come back when in the area.
