Sophia didn't really analyze my skin like aestheticians often do when it's your first time seeing them. She told me the neck and chest are not included with my ($230) facial so I agreed to pay more money to extend to those areas. She then rushed through the entire facial as she had another client waiting at 11:45 promptly. Why offer me more services for an additional $95 if you're not going to execute the full facial to optimize my results?! Very confusing. I left her a $40 tip because I'm not an a$$hole but I would not go back to this person for this service. After I put my contacts back in I was very unimpressed with my results. She hardly even did extractions. Perhaps they should not book clients back to back and make their clients feel rushed. Another side note is that they offered me a glass of Prosecco and then charged me for it lol paying over $450 for services and not even receiving a complimentary glass of champs is wild to me. I think there are far better spas out there.

The sheets stunk and I felt like the linens were just not clean. I was told to place my head down on a paper towel? The therapist seemed inexperienced. I like it deep and she was not it. I looked at my watch and I was in there for an hour, however it seemed like the body massage was 50 minutes and the time spent on my feet was 10. Not sure if I'll come back. It seems like it might depend on who you actually get, but even still, I'd stick to a foot massage only. Also, the photos on here of the prices is outdated. Last night I paid $65.

Hotel suite on PH level had a jacuzzi, terrace, living room space, and bedroom with extremely soft linens. Cost was $350 a night which is what we'd pay for an ordinary room nearby. Easy parking, great coffee, very friendly staff and when we needed to extend checkout a few hours the cost was shockingly low, they were very accommodating. Didn't try room service but no problems ordering Uber Eats to the hotel. They also have an option of placing chocolate covered strawberries, rose petals and champagne in the room for $75. Regardless of occasion, choice this option! Primo will definitely stay here again if life brings us back to the neighborhood.
