Let me start by saying I have beautiful skin but wanted to try this treatment for the rave reviews about "hydra facials" and how they keep your skin nourished and plump for 4-6 weeks. Sophia didn't really analyze my skin like aestheticians often do when it's your first time seeing them. She told me the neck and chest are not included with my ($230) facial so I agreed to pay more money to extend to those areas. She then rushed through the entire facial as she had another client waiting at 11:45 promptly. Why offer me more services for an additional $95 if you're not going to execute the full facial to optimize my results?! Very confusing. I left her a $40 tip because I'm not an a$$hole but I would not go back to this person for this service. After I put my contacts back in I was very unimpressed with my results. She hardly even did extractions. Perhaps they should not book clients back to back and make their clients feel rushed. Another side note is that they offered me a glass of Prosecco and then charged me for it lol paying over $450 for services and not even receiving a complimentary glass of champs is wild to me. My right ankle was really hurting so I wanted to get a massage that day. I went on Yelp and saw this place and that it was close to home. I walked in without an appointment and stated that I wanted 1 hour foot message. Vivian, I believe is the owner or who runs things around there. She was very friendly, made me feel very comfortable. Sat me down and told me how to adjust my chair, she gave me a complimentary bottle of Fiji water and offered chocolates. I have been to other foot spas in the past where they give you a quick back massage while your feet is soaking, but this place is strictly knees to toes. Ok, so the ottoman opens up and converts to a foot bath where I was able to soak my feet. You literally soak for 1 min after that your foot massage begins, while my feet was soaking I took out my phone Vivian said "do you need the wifi" . I don't remember the name of the guy who did my feet but he was magical, and before you knew it. I was knocked out. The chairs was really comfortable. Cons: - while getting your feet massage they don't give you a blanket like most places they give you a really big towel ( it looks like a blanket but it's not) it hard and rough. - they don't give the courtesy back rub ( which you never appreciate until you don't have it ) - chair massage. I paid $10 extra for 10 min for a chair massage cause I needed a quick run down and that's exactly what it was a quick rub down. It felt like I could have had my toddler give me a better massage then that. So please just stick to feet at this place.
