I didn't have an appointment but they took me as a walk-in. The staff were very welcoming and the spa was very clean inside. The jello pedicure is exactly how it sounds. I put my feet in jello!! It was so soft and squishy and it really made my feet feel good. A whole new spa pedicure experience. I enjoyed being asked during everything if the water temperature was okay and if everything else was okay. It's always nice to be checked on to make sure the client is comfortable. There was also a wide selection of colors! I would definitely return !

It stated on the card that it was good for one year, Today they took that card away from me and said they will not honor it any longer and gave me a card for 15% off. The 20% card was good until December. They changed their policy. I said I will no not be back. They said that is OK. ..really? Their prices are very high $48 for a powder dip manicure, but I would pay for good quality service. Shame on you for issuing a discount card and then reneging on your own deal!
