    Supposed $100 tips.
    Mary H.

This is a quiet place with a fairly nice atmosphere I guess. I saw online that tips were $50 so on my college budget, I was excited to spend my hard earned money there. My tips were done pretty well, not greatly, but the terrible part was that they used a UV blue light on my tips without asking, then requested $100 for it. I got angry so the owner "did me a favor" and charged me $70 even though they messed up my easy request. This place scammed both me and my other friend. This is the most expensive salon I have ever been to with below average everything. They tried to give me a $10 coupon to come back. Take your money elsewhere - Wheatley Beauty is incredible.

One of the best nail salons in Long Island. They take their time with your nail care and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Donna is meticulous and Danny is great, too. I've been coming to Princess for four years now and there is barely staff turnover (pretty much the same staff) which shows that the place is a good place to work for and everyone is always smiling. I highly recommend this place. Also- I just finished a pedicure, got to the office and noticed it got messed up in transit, and Princess staff said I should return after work to fix them, free of charge.

I've been going to Princess for years. First of all, this salon/spa is clean. Super clean. In a pinch I never hesitate to bring one of my children with me for a service. Laura is amazing for a quick mani or if you want to get fancy with a set of hard gel extensions. Pedicures are relaxing and - this is important- I have never been so much as nicked during a service. I absolutely hate when I get hurt while trying to relax during a mani or pedi. I go to Sally regularly for facials upstairs. She us a talented aesthetician and their spa menu is pretty great. Sally also does a great job on brows and lashes. Laura and Sally are my go-tos but everyone knows their stuff. Don't hesitate if you're in the area.

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was of such poor quality I left without the pedicure - nail polish all over my fingers and when I complained the woman barely even fixed it; she tried to rush me to the pedicure chair. She didn't even soak my cuticles before cutting them during my manicure. Rushed and sloppy job - not worth $12!

Shellac gel mani. Lasts for 2+ weeks. 30 dollars

Very friendly staff! I got a gel manicure from Sharon! They were very welcoming. The facility is not that soothing if that is what you are looking for but they offer full services and the prices are affordable.

Mediocre experience overall. My mom is a professional massage therapist, and because of my…read morescoliosis I've had many massages over the years at different spas, so I have a good sense of what a quality therapeutic massage should feel like. Unfortunately, this was not it. The massage itself was far from relaxing. I had to ask Maria multiple times to ease up because several techniques were genuinely painful rather than therapeutic. Instead of leaving relaxed, I left tense and uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the checkout process. This massage was a birthday gift from my friend and had already been fully paid for in advance. Despite that, I was initially told I owed the full balance. After clarifying that it had already been paid, I was then asked about gratuity, which my friend had also already authorized. The interaction became awkward enough that I ended up putting an additional charge on my own card just to get out of the situation. Any relaxation I might have felt was completely erased at checkout. I won't be returning, not even if it's another gift.

Overall it was a nice experience and I would have given it 5 starts, but below is my honest feedback and if these things were fixed I would have given it 5 stars: I was lead to a women's locker / bathroom where I was given a bathrobe (a little too small for me- I found out later there were different sizes and could have requested a larger size). It was folded strangely in the locker and at first sight I wasn't sure if it was used. I secured my things and we were lead to a couples room. We lay on the tables and had an "80 minute" massage which they didn't realize (thought it for 60 mins) so after they checked , it was more like 70 minutes total. I'm usually quiet during my massage and would have liked my masseuse to ask for more feedback (harder/softer/ how does it feel?) My boyfriend was very happy with his masseuse. (Her name was Terry). I was confused at the end of mine when my masseuse applied cream all over my face and gently rubbed it in for quite a few minutes . Wasn't sure if I was getting a facial as well, never had that done before. Would have preferred she could have washed her hands and done a scalp massage instead. When done I went back to the locker room and took a shower in the oversized shower which had complimentary shampoo conditioner and body wash. They brought me a bath mat and a small towel. I would have liked a changing room as there was a small padded bench in the room but there were two other ladies in there so I changed in the toilet stall. I know space is limited but even another curtain just outside the shower area to separate it from the rest of the room would be nice for modesty reasons. Walking out they were very sweet and let me take photos to share. Physically I felt very relaxed and feeling good. We also spent a few minutes in the sauna with a cup of cold water they provided before showering.

At my appointment here the knee treatment was far more extensive with targeted gentle pressure which significantly improved wellness. I'm looking forward to continuing treatment which reduced pain already in one appointment, and avoiding further long term or even short term reliance on tylenol by using massage and only topical medicine when needed. The office atmosphere is very peaceful and Stephen has a great deal of knowledge about knee issues.
