I visited this salon last evening and was planning on making an appointment to come back, but the staff was so accommodating that they fit me in. I immediately felt very welcome and especially safe when times are uncertain with Covid-19. The manager Chanel took my temperature and I filled out a waiver in regards to my current health before they would start the services. There is plexiglass at each station as well as sanitizer throughout the salon which was very well socially distanced. Both the Chanel and Joy worked quickly and efficiently as I got a pedicure and UV gel fill-in. Joy was fabulous with my pedicure and gave a phenomenal neck/upper back massage. Chanel was very detail oriented when doing my nails and perfected the shape and length I wanted. We even added glitter as an accent and it looks beautiful. She was also extremely informative about pricing as well as services offered. She even stayed well after closing to make sure my nails looked gorgeous. I will definitely be back. And if you are nervous to book an appointment because of the anxiety of Covid, the manager Chanel will absolutely work with you to make sure you feel safe. read more

This is a quiet place with a fairly nice atmosphere I guess. I saw online that tips were $50 so on my college budget, I was excited to spend my hard earned money there. My tips were done pretty well, not greatly, but the terrible part was that they used a UV blue light on my tips without asking, then requested $100 for it. I got angry so the owner "did me a favor" and charged me $70 even though they messed up my easy request. This place scammed both me and my other friend. This is the most expensive salon I have ever been to with below average everything. They tried to give me a $10 coupon to come back. One of the best nail salons in Long Island. They take their time with your nail care and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Donna is meticulous and Danny is great, too. I've been coming to Princess for four years now and there is barely staff turnover (pretty much the same staff) which shows that the place is a good place to work for and everyone is always smiling. I've been going to Princess for years. First of all, this salon/spa is clean. Super clean. In a pinch I never hesitate to bring one of my children with me for a service. Laura is amazing for a quick mani or if you want to get fancy with a set of hard gel extensions. Pedicures are relaxing and - this is important- I have never been so much as nicked during a service. I absolutely hate when I get hurt while trying to relax during a mani or pedi. I go to Sally regularly for facials upstairs. She us a talented aesthetician and their spa menu is pretty great. The manicure was of such poor quality I left without the pedicure - nail polish all over my fingers and when I complained the woman barely even fixed it; she tried to rush me to the pedicure chair. When I walked in for a manicure they told me to pick a color and have a seat. You don't tell a customer to have a seat if you can't do their nails in a reasonable amount of time - you kindly tell them to come back or at least tell them the wait time. I was waiting for a good half hour before the woman finished with her client and said to me "do you mind waiting just 5 more minutes?" I figured she wanted to go to the restroom or grab some water so I had no problem with that but that wasn't the case.... she began another manicure which doesn't take 5 minutes!!! 7 minutes pass and a was furious so I got up and said that I have to leave because this is absolutely ridiculous! I would STRONGLY advise you to go elsewhere. They say they have certified eyelash personal but they almost blinded my daughter. She left there with chemical burns in both eye who then needed to go to the ER. They are NOT certificated in anything other than additional bills you don't need. read more
