I like that they get right into it and the 30 minutes are packed with different remedies. I also like that I can pause my membership if I am backed up in going. Absolutely the worst experience in skin care of my life! If…read moreI could rate 0 stars I would. They carved lines with a microdermabrasion tool into my face and added a pumpkin acid mask on top of the already severe damaged skin. I ended up with a severe burn to my face. I have lived every day with the consequences of this act. Post burn, the lines and hyperpigmentation has been a challenge and it will only get worse with age as it seems. Not only did they not compensate me for the damage and all the money I had to spend on medical treatments, they actually charged me for the damage they did. I regret not suing them.
