I've been to the Huntington Station location and this was my first time at the Hicksville location. This location is in Aero Plaza Shopping Center. There are plenty of parking spots even though there are other businesses in the plaza. I called ahead and made an appointment for a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The staff welcomed me in and introduced me to the technician. I got the green tea spa pedicure and it was well worth it. My skin felt very soft. The gel manicure came out beautifully. The technician really took his time and paid attention to my pedicure and manicure. Pacfe Nails & Spa is different from other salons because they offer drinks and their wonderful service. I had been in the market for a nail spot closer to home and came across Pacfe thanks to a neighbor who was also looking for a nail place outside the city. I called and explained my situation: I have Japanese gel, I need a soak off, I need UV gel not that dip crap that people don't understand isn't good for them. Nika at Pacfe was so understanding and quickly put me in for the following morning. When I arrived they were just opening so it was nice and quiet. I had to wait a few minutes for them to setup but while I waited they offered me drinks and snacks. The waiting area is cute albeit a bit childish but good if you're bringing kids with you. After a few minutes I was brought to a station and the technician expertly removed my old gel and began the manicure process. This was quick and easy. They asked how many coats I wanted of my new UV gel color and did just that. They ended the session with a warm towel, lotion, and cuticle oil. I was also offered a chair massage during the manicure process but declined. Prices are expensive! My only reason for knocking off a star. I paid for the same service in NYC for $15 less. I like the convenience of Pacfe so I can't complain too much but I will say their prices could use a bit of an adjustment, especially for the area of which they're located. Overall it's clean and they have everything you could need and more. Tons of techs at any given time for walk-ins and they have a loyalty program which is nice. I found this salon through a Tik Tok Video. It is conveniently located in a nice plaza with other establishments. It is located about 30 min each way for me. However, the drive was really worth it. They have ample parking. This probably one of the most beautiful and cleanest salons I have been to on Long Island. The salon is modern and upscale and the service was amazing. The services are prices competitvely. Everyone was professional and nice to be around. They are a one stop shop for nails, waxing, lashes, massages and other things. They have yummy snacks also. I am removing one star because I wasn't offered snacks but had to help myself. They also have a great point system. I would 10/10 recommend! read more

Update: Irene did my nails this time and made my nails so sharp (square) that I've cut myself multiple times. What a waste of money. I'll have to take off the polish and cut and file my nails to fix this. Not to mention, my hands are all cut up. Please round the edges when you do square nails. Ahhhh love it here! Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. There were techs available but I was left to wait until I said something. The gel was ok, nothing special except that I asked for a design and was ignored. The pedicure was absolutely terrible and a waste of money, it was barely more than dipping my feet in water and painting my nails. The massage was a joke, the tech was barely touching my legs and feet and she looked mad. It felt very uncomfortable. They also gave other clients a back massage. Except for the brown people. Went as a walk in on a Sunday morning. Checked on Google and people were giving a high rating about this place, so I decided to give it a try. Was greeted by Dani, was told to come back at 1pm but immediately she was able to find me a tech. Yumi took care of me, as I was browsing through the pedi menu, I chose the Ocean package, but then was offered the $100 package to take advantage of $20 off. To my surprise Yumi came with these little details, a bubbly champagne with Hershey chocolate, a bottle of pudding, and a small bag of Ritz crackers. I was expecting to have an spectacular foot and leg massage, being that there was a steamer for my legs and the extras. Not too impressed with the pressure. In my opinion, a key point for having the best pedi spa is in the massage! Callus treatment was a little rough, my feet feels rougher now, not smooth at all, not sure if Yumi missed a step or not. When it came to my manicure, no hand massage! Another key point missed! However, Maria was a lady who shily came and asked if I wanted a neck massage for an extra $10. She gave some better pressure than Yumi. It's been day one and my nail polish hasn't chipped yet. Must say that the decor is nice, they have about 15 techs! And happy first year anniversary of opening!
