It's a great size nail salon, and very clean, as well. Came in after quickly checking Yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed at all. The woman doing my nails (didn't get her name) was very thorough and kind. Nails were shaped perfectly, which I've had issues with recently at my regular nail salon (shouldn't be hard to make nails straight, but you'd be surprised, I guess). She really took her time, made sure I liked the color on my nail before painting them all. $23 On a Wednesday for mani pedi include $1 quick dry polish. Came here by a friend's recommendation as my usual nail salon was closed for renovations. Did a spa pedicure, gel manicure and massage. Clean and comfortable environment, decent color selection (gel used for mani almost identical to regular non-gel pedicure color and sometimes difficult to get exact match) and friendly and attentive staff and manager. My only issue was that the time from start to finish was longer than expected. May give a try again at a less busy time. read more

came here with my mom she wanted to get her nails design done for the Bahamas the lady gives her a decent price for the design alone but then when I came to see my moms nails it was not like the photo at all and my mom is too shy to speak up for herself so I did. they tried telling me that what I'm seeing is a glare in the photo and not the design. they are rude and lazy. she tried charging me 120 just for my nails when I usually pay 90$ anywhere else for what I get. she then said I'm giving your mother a big discount and thats why im being charged the regular price. their regular price is not even regular price they are pricey. super rude never coming back here again. read more

Really want to love this place but everytime I go it's the same thing. I'm really big on taking out a lot of cuticles and I politely ask them to do this before they begin. It's just never to my liking. I also don't love how every couple of minutes they try to upsell. I can appreciate a business especially struggling during these times to do their best to bring up sales but if I've already politely declined a few times that I did not want an extra service, please don't continue to ask. I had a pedicure with Cindy today. I have issues with my feet (arthritis pain and calluses) and it's hard for me to take care of my feet properly. She did an excellent job, better than my podiatrist, while making me feel very special. I also bring my 94 year old mother there for her gel nails. I'm officially done with this place. I tried again because they were one of the few places opened on a Monday. I dropped my mom off and let them know she would be getting a regular pedicure. Due to their sketchy overpriced upselling tendencies, I confirmed with them she would not be getting anything special. It's just a regular pedicure and they confirmed it would be $23. Great. After an hour I call my mom to check in and she said she told them a regular pedicure but bathe woman kept putting a card in her face and pointing to other services. My mother again declines but she sees she's getting a really long massage. She asks them to just put the color on because she was on a time crunch. 1.5 hours later she's finally done and given a $49 bill for a regular pedicure. She pushed back and said the appointment was for a regular $23 pedicure. The owner walks over to the woman who did her pedicure and spoke in their language and proceeded to laugh. He came back and told my mom to at least pay $30. She agreed but said that it was not okay to do this to costumers. Even with all the precautions we took to avoid this, it happened anyway. It's very shady, extremely dishonest and I'm not going to come back here. They do a sloppy job. Moving forward I'll make sure to make time other days since most places are closed on a Monday. read more

I want to give a 50% because it's variable on whether you will get someone who does great or get someone who rushes through the process. I do not get my nails done often but when I do I have been coming here since moving to the area. The last two visits have not been so great for two reasons: they are overbearing with the tipping and their staff is variable in what type of quality service you will receive. I always tip very well. One visit, I did not have cash on me so I went to grab some from my car after paying for my mani pedi. The staff literally chased me out thinking I was leaving without giving a tip. Although I understand the importance of tipping in all service industries, last time I checked it was not mandatory. It is very unprofessional to chase out a client; it is uncomfortable and embarrassing. Also if you want to tip on the card they have a 20% penalty for the person receiving the tip. This is due to the business owners deciding to apply the charge of using a credit card from that tip. They have to pay a small fee regardless when using a credit card but if you want to leave the tip on the card then they are going to deduct from the tip. So they want you to tip more to compensate for the deduction from the tip. Second I received a gel manicure for the first time in years and the whole treatment was a Max of ten minutes. I was in and out before my friend receiving a regular manicure. The staff member I had was rushing through. If I am paying 28$ for polish then I would hope to have it carefully done otherwise I would have done it at home. If he was being very careful and taking time between drying a and it lasted ten minutes but my hands were in and out of the UV light to the point that there was no point of even using the UV light. I rarely complain and I understand bad days but this place just has not been sitting with me well. On the plus, there are rarely waits, you get seen promptly and some staff does an excellent job. The management needs to do quality control and come across "less cheap" in regards to tipping. If you lose out on a 5 dollar tip because someone forgot or just didn't believe the service was tip worthy then take the chance before chasing someone to their car. Very very unprofessional. Working as a waitress I would never chase someone for a tip. Nor would I expect one if I did poorly. read more

Great nail salon! I just started going there. I had a pedicure and went back later in the week for a gel fill in and gel polish. Ivy did my nails absolutely perfect. It's a nice salon and very clean. I'm extremely picky and I didn't feel rushed. Ivy was very patient as I explained the exact shape I liked. Unlike other places that get annoyed and start talking about you in Chinese. Isn't a pedi supposed to be relaxing? I was too stressed out having to watch what the inexperienced girl was doing. I made the mistake of coming here for a pedi. Place was not busy at all and she gave me a 10 minute pedi if that. No cuticle cutting and massage was lame. All she tried to do was push an expensive pedi on me. Waste of money and time. I was super excited to try this place because of the great reviews here. The technicians are very courteous but they do a very poor job, at least the male tech who did my gel manicure and the girl who did my pedi. They use plastic clothespins to hold the acetone-soaked cotton needed to dissolve the old gel manicure on each finger. At first I thought this was innovative and cool until my fingers went numb during my unneccessary long, basic pedicure. For my nails, I asked for a nude CND gel color with a black dot on two fingers. The male tech who did my nails did not file any of them straight or even, cut me with the cuticle cutter, didn't cut my cuticles properly and put three very gloppy coats of the CND color on my nails, not touching any of the edges. They also do not utilize OPI or CND lamps and instead opt for built-in lamps in each station, which did not completely dry the coats of the polish. Four of my nails currently have raised bumps under the polish because the tech never cleaned my nails off before the base coat. When I pointed it out to him on one nail, he became exasperated, took the cuticle cutter and cut it out and put a fourth coat on that finger. The manager explained to him that for the design I wanted he needed to dip a tool with a metal ball on the end into black polish and touch my nail. Very simple and very basic. For some reason he kept pushing the tool down hard against the nails, making what should have been a symmetrical tiny dot huge and asymmetrical. Because the other coats didn't dry, two of my nails have indentations from the the tool hitting into them. After about 6 attempts to explain what I needed and wanted, I gave up and just allowed him to put the big dots on my fingers. I had already been there for an hour and a half and needed to leave. He gave me a ten min massage I did not request and charged me for it as well. When I went home I had to file my nails to get them straight and even AND they chipped 4 days later despite the fact that I wear gloves anytime I touch cleaning solution or put my hands in water; typically gel manicures last me three weeks. None of my nails or toes were cut evenly either. Despite the beautiful interior, I will not be returning. They'd do well to invest in the CND or OPI lamps and actual desk lamps at each station so the techs can see what they're doing. read more

Very disappointing. The place wasn't busy and nail technician rushed through my pedicure as fast as possible. Before she started, she asked if I wanted a more expensive pedicure and when I said I wanted a regular one, she made a face and rushed through it. She barely cleaned my nails and rubbed my leg with a cold rock for half a second. It was not a relaxing experience. After she was finished, she tried convincing me three times to use quick dry. I also asked for a square shape for my nails and they came out slightly crooked. I won't be coming back. There are 100 other nail places within a mile radius that actually take their time and are nicer. read more
