Regular but not so regular. I was upset to find out they had a Groupon deal for a gel manicure but never offered it to me. Even though I had my gel mani done here, they still charged me a removal fee. It makes the VIP card discount they offered feel kind of pointless.

powder gel manicure, not thick at all!

This is my second time at this salon. In my experience it's been very busy and there is a wait even if you have an appointment. Today i went for a powder manicure and regular pedicure. Although i had an appointment i had to wait a while and 1 person did my soak off, another did the pedicure and a third did my manicure. Again, very busy for a Thursday afternoon. but the salon is very spacious, nice, clean and prices are reasonable. There is a good selection of colors to choose from. I really like how my manicure looks and appreciate that she kept the powder layers thin.

I am pleased with work by May I think all this business need to come down off some pricing I paid $115 for filling, broken nail , gel polish on feet and nails . Need pricing chart. product they use doesn't even cost that much. It's Dominicans are the best I came here because my shop had a family emergency feel like I cheated on them Much better work better quality powder but thank you anyway last minute emergency.

The atmosphere here is very peaceful. I asked to get a design done and did not have to wait long. my nail tech did a beautiful job!

I have been here several times. I have never asked for anyone specific and the service has been ok. Not spectacular, but ok. Prices are fair. This last time I made an appointment, arrived on time, and waited half an hour to be called. Since I get a powder dip manicure my old polish needs to be sanded down and soaked off. Well, the man who usually does the massages was the one working on me as the other technicians were all busy, and he was so aggressive with the Emory board that he took the skin off my finger. I did say something and asked him to be more gentle. Then came the polish remover. Oh my goodness, I saw stars!!! He did apologize, but I was in pain! I did finish up my manicure/pedicure with someone else, and he came over to ask if I would like a 10 minute massage which I agreed to thinking it was his way of making it up to me. No, I was charged. The whole experience just left a sour taste in my mouth.

They even gave her cute stickers and used a quick dry spray so she wouldn't have to wait too long. She was so happy that she didn't even take her nap after. We'll definitely be coming back. She already said she wants to return when her nails grow out again It was also my first time here, and I loved it. From the nail shaping to the cuticle care, everything was done so gently and comfortably. No pain at all!! They also have such a beautiful selection of colors, including Korean gel options, which I loved. I was especially surprised that their organic gel color was the same price as regular colors. Usually places charge extra for that, so that was a really nice touch. Thank you for giving us such a special, gift like day

First time coming and had Kim do my nails and I am so pleased. She did such a great job. The…read moreservice at this place is so good! I actually felt relaxed afterward. The last place I went to in the area I felt was very rushed, barely did a good cleaning job and made the SNS so thick it barely lasted me a two weeks. Kim took her time and really made sure the job was done well. The ambiance is nice and clean and it wasn't super busy when I went. Most places have been skipping on the end of service massage, but I had a good few minute one after, which was much needed! I highly recommend this nail salon. I don't usually do my nails often, but this may just start a bad habit! The price pars with most places, a few dollars more for gel and a few dollars more for taking off SNS if your not doing SNS again, but they definitely Make it worth it with the service!

GI AWFUL-LAND -- 0 STARS…read more See attached photo. These nails are 3 days old and already look like 2+ week growth and neglect. Numerous people have seen them and said the same exact thing. This was not a mistake... the nail tech knew exactly what she was doing. Let's start from the top. Do not ever speak about clients in another language thinking they won't understand you. I have been learning Chinese.... I understood enough. The way you and your husband talk about clients is disgusting, especially when it comes to tipping. If you have something to say, say it directly. Otherwise, stay quiet and act like the professional you claim to be. I gave you over a year of business, consistent tips, referrals, and positive reviews. I literally sent people into your salon telling them to "go here." That clearly meant nothing to you. Instead, what I got in return was: * Rushed, sloppy fill-ins * Half-filled nails so I would have to come back sooner and spend more money ((SEE OTHER REVIEWS ITS CLEAR SHE DOES IT WITH OTHERS TOO***)) * Inconsistent shaping that NEVER followed my natural nail... simple request What I asked for was basic: short, square, and follow my natural wide nail. That is beginner-level work. I have a cosmetology background... I know exactly what proper application looks like, and this was not it. Your attitude changed the moment I started giving simple, constructive feedback. Instead of correcting your work, you took it personally and started taking it out on my nails. That is not only unprofessional, it's intentional. Now let's talk about what actually matters; health and safety. You: * Touch your phone constantly and continue working without washing your hands * Do not properly sanitize tools between clients * Reuse materials after coming into contact with skin and blood * Use tools incorrectly, including using an e-file on cuticles That is not just "bad service." That is unsanitary and dangerous. As a direct result of your work, I now have an infection with pus coming out of my nail. Let that sink in. That is not an opinion--that is physical proof of negligence. You also: * Left acrylic in open skin areas * Failed to properly seal and fill the nail * Used contaminated product across clients And the most disturbing part? I watched you use a solution to stop bleeding, dip into the same container, apply it to skin, and then reuse it without cleaning. That is cross-contamination at its worst. You have no idea what one client may have that you are spreading to another. When I called you, I was calm and respectful. I did not ask for a refund, I asked you to fix your work. Your immediate jump to offering money back instead of correcting it confirmed everything: you knew exactly what you did. Then to turn around and blame me? Absolutely not. I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years. I know the difference between normal wear and intentional poor work designed to bring clients back faster. What you do with your fill-ins is a scam, plain and simple. I had this happen 1x 15 years ago... they handled it better than you. You allowed me to walk out looking like this. You allowed damage to happen. And now I'm dealing with the consequences. You did this to the wrong person. To anyone considering this place: Watch how they work. Watch what they touch. Pay attention to cleanliness. And if you don't understand the language, just know--they are talking. This business is: * Unprofessional * Unsanitary * Careless * And completely lacking accountability I would never recommend this place to anyone. 0 STARS -- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've been to the Huntington Station location and this was my first time at the Hicksville location. This location is in Aero Plaza Shopping Center. There are plenty of parking spots even though there are other businesses in the plaza. I called ahead and made an appointment for a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The staff welcomed me in and introduced me to the technician. I got the green tea spa pedicure and it was well worth it. My skin felt very soft. The gel manicure came out beautifully. The technician really took his time and paid attention to my pedicure and manicure. Pacfe Nails & Spa is different from other salons because they offer drinks and their wonderful service. The next day my toes were burning, itching and had blisters around the toenails. I thought it might have been contact dermatitis although I never experienced it so I ended up having to go to urgent care and was diagnosed with paronychia and had to go on antibiotics. I went back and forth with the manager who kept saying it was an allergic reaction because they don't want to take accountability. It seems they are uneducated in the importance of the preparation of nails. I requested a refund and was told the best they can do is give me a gift card. Thanks to them, I now have a fear of getting my toes done at salons.
