While the first appointment was pleasant, I left with an unexpected brassy brown shade that didn't reflect the highlighted color I had asked for. Still, I trusted her recommendation and returned for a follow-up. I arrived 10 minutes late due to a family emergency, which I clearly explained to the staff. I also mentioned I had a flight in just a few hours. Despite this, I was left waiting for an entire hour before being informed that Amela would only be able to cut my hair--not color it. A client's time is just as valuable as the stylist's. If being 10 minutes late was truly going to prevent the full service, that should have been communicated upfront--instead of making me wait unnecessarily. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone working on my hair who thinks ten minutes is enough time to rush through a proper appointment. This experience was deeply unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will not be returning.

They even took the time on the phone to explain to us how to prep so it wouldn't take forever. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. While I was waiting I saw other people getting their hair done and they all looked amazing. I should also mention it was a rainy day which makes it harder to get curly hair straight.
