They even gave her cute stickers and used a quick dry spray so she wouldn't have to wait too long. She was so happy that she didn't even take her nap after. We'll definitely be coming back. She already said she wants to return when her nails grow out again It was also my first time here, and I loved it. From the nail shaping to the cuticle care, everything was done so gently and comfortably. No pain at all!! They also have such a beautiful selection of colors, including Korean gel options, which I loved. I was especially surprised that their organic gel color was the same price as regular colors. Usually places charge extra for that, so that was a really nice touch. Thank you for giving us such a special, gift like day

Made an appointment again but ended up not getting started on for over 45 minutes. When I walked in I was a bit grossed out by the sewage smell that never went away. I asked the head lady in charge if they had the color I showed her on my phone...she said yes. I finally get Lisa who asks why I'm getting powder and tells me UV gels better and kept asking why I don't get it instead...I said I'll look into it if it's healthy or not...she persisted...I declined repeatedly..she started laughing and talking to the technician next to her-all I could make out was uv and powder in what sounded like a complaining, condescending tone. (The first time the leading lady tried to convince me to get gel as well but in a much nicer way-so it appears they don't like doing powder and removing it) Once she's done removing my last manicure she pulls out uv gloves and tries to put them on my hands...I asked her if she was going to do UV gel anyway even though I said no....she says yes, I tell her no, she starts complaining again in her language to the technicians near her. I had to ask if she knew how to do powder as I was beginning to get worried. After 2 hours the end result was fine, but in a color other than what I asked for and I'll probably have to go get them redone. So Be warned if you do go here...make sure you get gel! (And bring a translator) *also know they do not give complimentary massages while your nails dry as most other salons in the area do, instead they have a man who asks you if you want a massage, starts and then tells you the fee. Thankfully I picked up on this from seeing him do this to others before he got to me.

I got a new acrylic set with french tips. The tips came out perfectly even. The prices were standard, but the service was great. They have a cash discount for over $50 where you get $2 off as well. My total came to $68. If you are looking for a new nail place that's not too crowded, great service and a great finished product this is the place to go! I also received a member point system card.

She then did my hard gel fill in she cut my nails so short I wanted to cry. When they were polished and un evenly filed. I asked for a two designs I mean it's not like they weren't getting paid extras for it right. I figured Mother's Day weekend coming up so y not make them look nice. Selina had the nerve to say to me after all this bad service and say u got a sparkly color why bother you don't need it. If anybody know how much it cost to get ur nails done nowadays especially with tips ect. Spent over a hundred plus dollar's and be disappointed well u would know how horrible I felt today after busting my butt to earn that money I had to spend to be treated bad and have the worst service. There's no way in hell you're proud of the work you did today. Something so simple and you've messed up just about every nail. Poor layer of powder & she knew it.
