Never again will I go to this terrible place. I got gel with tips along with a gel pedicure, and a 20 minute massage, (which was nothing more than a back rub,) but the entire experience of the three services were all well below average but feeds m ok ng the gel tips was the worst of them all. I highly suggest you find a different salon all within 10 minutes of this was place. What put me over the edge and to the point of my needing to write a poor review so that no one else has to go through what I did, was the process of getting my hand burned, and for some reason every time my hand was put into the white gel dryer, and It would burn my nails, which I would have to pull it out immediately. I made a joke about it because I don't like to sweat the small stuff in life. But she kept wanting me to put my hand all the way in it which caused more pain all over my hand. I noticed right away it burnt the skin on my hand by my thumb. it was obvious the burn came from the gel dryer as I felt it get me burned, I joked about it with them because the woman obviously didn't do it on purpose, and it was a mistake, so when I was finally done, I asked if they could put some cream on it to lessen the sting of the burn. She was putting and rubbing alcohol on it, which made it worse. I have a picture of it which you can clearly see this is how I got this burn and I didn't have a burn when I walked in the place. I didn't ask for anything free because I could care less about the money, I simply asked if they had cream to put it on the burn to stop the pain and just save me from making a trip to Cvs. The manager came over and I reiterated if they could just put a little cream on it,that is all I am asking for and everything would be fine. She then picked up both of the white dryers and kept putting her hands in it for 10 minutes telling me it didn't come from them??? Then where in the world did it come from? Lol lastly, I didn't want anything free, accidents happen, I just wanted her to put cream on the burn that I got from their machine so I did not have to go to pick something up at CVS. I have lost all respect for this place and will never go again!!! read more

My favorite and ONLY nail place I go to. It's clean and welcoming, every one in here is friendly. I don't even mind driving 30 min every 2 weeks. Extremely accommodating from appointments to impeccable nail designs. The pedicure chairs are brand new provide massages. Most importantly, pedicure sinks are very sanitary. They use a brand new plastic barrier for each customer, which they dispose of after one use. Prices are highly competitive. Ask for Angela to see for yourself! read more

I wish I could just give zero stars. I have been coming here for the last 6 months two/ three times a month but today was my last time unfortunately. I was treated as if I was less than a human and it was unacceptable. I went to get a gel pedicure and powder manicure. The woman who was doing my nails asked me what I was getting when she first came over to me and I told her and she said okay, stating that she understood what I wanted. Then, as she began the pedicure, she picked up the pricing list and said: "you do $60 spa pedicure" I said "no I'm fine I would just like regular gel pedi." She then tried to shove it in my lap and told me again to get that and I told her no again. She then threw the pricing list, took my foot and threw it in the water and started throwing a bunch of other stuff around beside me. I asked her what the problem was and she just shook her head. I called the manager over, Angelica I think her name is and she said, without speaking to the woman to see what happened, that "she did not know you were getting gel and that is time consuming". I told her that whether it is time consuming or not, I am still the customer and do not deserve to be treated this way. She then explained to me the same thing over and it was just bull. She offered me a free massage while they do my manicure but by then I was already done. I called another place, in Freeport, where I'm not treated like a second class citizen. Just because I didn't want to spend $60 on a service bitch you don't control my pockets HOW DARE YOU! I will no longer be supporting a racist ass business. I'm sick of it. They are just so kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, there can still be a stigma for a guy to get a manicure. I have never felt uncomfortable here. I go weekly for a quick standard manicure. I might only be there for 10 - 15 minutes, but I look forward to it. I have never had a bad experience. read more

Great service and package options. Was the cheapest around for a Gel mani and regular pedi (by only a dollar or two). The llace was clean and parking very easy. My sister got her nails done just a few days before me and her nails lasted 2 weeks, mine maybe 3 days. I was doing it for my baby shower and she made an adorable design of baby feet and initial but thats it. Not even my pedi lasted a few days. Chipped right away. She definitely didnt rush anything. I shouldve just did it at home like i normally so but decided to treat myself gor the event.. Next time ill just save my 40 bucks read more

I had my nails done a month ago and they are still intact (although I'm on my way for a filling right now lol).The price is descent. I called to get an acrylic fill in (which they said yes to) only to find out after she was done filing and shaping my nails that they don't actually do acrylic and was planning on doing the fill using dip powder. I felt it would be rude to leave after she already filed so much (I had a lot of stones on my nails) so they did my fill in using dip powder. Anyone that goes to salons regularly knows the dip powder is not as strong as acrylic. My nails looked fine leaving the salon aside from having to file part of the "nail" that stuck to my skin myself. I wasn't thrilled that I was mislead and I still paid the amount for acrylic so I'm hoping these can last at least two weeks like my nails usually do.... read more

I have been getting manis and pedis for years and LOVE the way Angela does my nails! She is a perfectionist and strives to make the client happy each and every time. My nails never looked so good! Takes care of my busy daughter the same way. She is very accommodating to scheduling needs and always tries to fit you in when you need, but maintains a schedule at the same time. I was coming here regularly but not anymore. The Spanish girls that work here are utterly rude, nasty, and harassing. One of them was doing my pedicure and when I asked for a color to match my nails, she instead just stared at me and didn't answer. She then turned to her also Spanish coworker and began to MOCK the way I asked for a color while speaking Spanish. They laughed back and forth and began talking about how customers (meaning myself) are SO annoying. They thought I don't understand or speak Spanish but guess what I do. This is just beyond unprofessional and immature. When I told the owner, she did absolutely nothing but say sorry and keep working. She gave the excuse that "it's been a long day and they're TIRED." If you want to be harassed, laughed at and taunted in their language then go here. If not, avoid at all costs. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. read more

Went to this place for years and then got new owners. Used the new owners for a few months and my nails were never worse. Yes its cheaper but horrible job on nails. They peel right away every time I go. Waxing is terrible they do a horrible job looks like eyebrows were never waxed. So many people have left their because of the service is now. They take every walk in then rush through what they are doing on you. read more
