This place has undergone quite a few owners but each one is good. They recently re-did the place and it's beautifully decorated inside. It's always brightly lit and they have the cutest cuckoo clock. (Random, but true!) They have the most relaxing chairs to sit in when you're getting a pedicure. It's those massage ones with the remote control. You can fall asleep in that chair it's so comfortable. And they always make sure to have a stack of good magazines to read. But. yeah! Unfortunately, my preferences are often dismissed, and I feel pressured into a service I didn't ask for. It's frustrating because the exact same requests are honored when the manager is supervising, which tells me the staff are capable of following customer instructions. Customers deserve the same level of respect and care regardless of who is on duty. Consistency and listening to your clients should be a priority.
