I had manicure pedicure at the salon and I am very happy with the results especially that is my first one in one year because going to another salon that is closed at this hour, I got bacteria on my toenails. Anyways, the spot is clean aerated, quiet, a real relaxation for hard working people and even if you just want to treat yourself. The tech is careful following instructions And the files that are used are brand new. The tools are sterilized, but I added to their sterilization, my 91% alcohol because I'm crazy. The nail person suggested I get the spa pedicure which included a "10 minute reflexology" foot massage. So I paid extra for that service, but didn't receive anything that even slightly resembled a foot massage. She applied barely any pressure despite my asking her multiple times to do so. She was clearly irritated and it was the worst spa pedicure I've ever received. When I told the woman in charge about my bad experience, she said I could get a back massage after - and then she charged me full price for that additional massage. I have never not tipped a person ever before today, but my pedicure does not look good and I'm going to have to paint my toes again to make them look good. This place and the service was extremely disappointing- I do not recommend going here with the new ownership. The customer service was severely lacking. This place lost my business today. read more

I wasn't going to write a review since I was only there once but I think I have to now. I got powdered gel polish for the first time ever. The girl who did my nails had an attitude with me because she wasn't answering my questions due to the language barrier. I was telling her I didn't like the color and I didn't have a lot of time. Being that it was my first time getting the process done, I had no idea what the nails were supposed to look like but I know they didn't look good. I took to social media and asked my friends what they thought and at least 20 people said that my nails were NOT supposed to look like how they did. They were extremely thick and bubbly and looked like actual acrylic nails gone weonfI went back to get them fixed- the manager did the right thing and fixed them up without charge. However, it's only been a little over a week since I've been there and the polish is peeling! i know that's not supposed to happen after a week with powder gel. Was not worth the price I paid and will not be going back. Giving 2 stars since the manager was very nice and helped me out afterwards. read more

I got a pedicure yesterday afternoon with my friend- Jenny i think her name was (she barely spoke English) ripped apart my cuticles on my right foot and now caused an infection in my big toe. I asked her repeatedly to stop and had to push her away. Left with a bloody toe. If I didnt pay in cash I would be asking for a refund. They seem to all be new and unlicensed there. So happy I found this new salon! Super modern and clean. They offer a million colors and services and everyone was very friendly. I felt like I could really relax as they did not try to upsell me at every turn like the other salon near shoprite. I got the jelly spa pedicure and a powder manicure and both came out beautifully! The nail salon is clean and new. The experience was perfectly fine but less than 72 hours later, I already have four fingers chipped on my right hand (see picture attached). I understand that I didn't get gel, but for a regular manicure to not even last 3 full days is far from great to say the least. My left hand and pedicure are all fine, however. I would probably still go back out of convenience and the fact that it was a clean place with lots of chairs but unfortunately, not the best manicure that I've received. read more
