I was able to get an appointment within 10 minutes of my call. The appointment wasn't rushed and she did 3 coats of nail polish (without my requesting it) as well as the shoulder massage, in addition to taking her time with shaping my nails. I chatted briefly (3 minutes), amiably with the woman next to me and folks in the establishment seemed friendly. There was a 50+ crew having their nails done on a Wednesday morning, and I personally like that vibe. Nobody was talking on cell phones, etc. The place was clean and bright, with ample free parking. And I loved that she gave me nail color books to choose from while she shaped my nails. In Boston, 80% of places expect you to choose about 30 seconds before being seated and it was so nice not to feel rushed and to be able to browse leisurely. Great experience! I'm so glad I found a local nail place with reasonable prices and great service. There is a weekday special where you can get a discount on a manicure and/or pedicure during certain hours. I pay $25 with the discount for a gel manicure and $40 for a gel mani/regular pedi. My nails last 3 weeks and I've never had an issue being accommodated as a walk in or had to wait long. I was looking for a place where I can get a basic manicure without spending a lot of money or having it be an all afternoon affair, and that is what I've found. So far I've had 3 different manicurists and all of them have been very good. read more

This place is always jammed. But they have a full staff and usually stick to appointment times unlike a lot of other nail salons. It's not visually pleasing but I've had a few different people do my nails and each time they came out great! Oh and they are super friendly and speak English!! read more

Ive been going here for years! Tracy is my girl! She is so nice and does a really good job. They are all so friendly, especially if you become a regular... theyll know you by name! Sometimes they get pretty busy so its good to book in advance. I noticed they attempted to change some of the sanitary issues at the salon, but that quickly came and left.. Love how cheap it is for a mani/pedi! Overall its always good experience! I just wish they accepted credit cards, I need to make sure I have cash on me at all times if I decide to get a mani! read more

if you want a quick pedi and mani I assume this place is fine, if you want tips or nails taken off I wouldn't suggest this place, when asked to soak off my nails, they opened two Chinese soup containers that was filled with acetone and has other peoples nails floating in it. Horrible experience and will never go there ever again!! I made an appointment to get a full bikini wax, pedi and gel mani. When I arrived I believe I got the worst of them all and her name is Chong Su, or at least that's what her certificate said. My full bikini was a full and painful mess that felt my skin very red. she practically ripped my skin off and was doing it so fast even when she saw me in pain and I told her to not do it so fast. then came the gel mani. what a total waste of money $25. she hardly cleaned my nails and just started with the gel routine and did a sloppy job that after a few hours 2 of the gels started to come off. Now for the Pedi....I asked her what type of spa pedi's they have and that I also wanted to include a 10 min massage. she said no!! Why, because she had a customer that made an appointment and she couldn't do it. I'm sorry, am I not a customer as well. a new one. and if you can't do it then have someone else do it. When I told her then to forget it and will just pay for the waxing and gel, she literally forced me to sit and do a pedi, since I didn't want to start running around looking for another place I gave in, until...when putting my feet in the water, it was burning hot and that when I said enough is enough and I tild her to stop, paid the bill and left. and what bothers the most is that the manager did.t care that they just lost a frequent customer read more

This is really cheap place to get a mani pedi. They have a special Monday through Wednesday during the day for a really cheap mani pedi package for about $15. Their manicures probably don't last as long on average than a more expensive place, but with their prices who cares. They also give really good eyebrow waxes. I have large thick eyebrows and they always manage to make them look even and take off the perfect amount. read more
