I had high hopes for this place. The place inside is nice and the workers seems nice but the work was horrible. I asked the lady to give me a coffin shape, I even showed her pictures. When I noticed they weren't coffin I asked her to please make them look more coffin shape and she just filed them for 2 seconds and moved on to paint them. I also told her to not make them so thick. When she finished I told her the looked thick and she proceeded to to file them again for 2 seconds and said that they look fine. It also took her 2 hours to do my nails which I think is way to long for a simple fill in. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!! I attached a picture of what I wanted. read more

Came here for the first time to get my gel polish off and do a regular manicure ($15). For it being on the more pricier side, I liked how they didn't rush to get me out and took the time to soak my gel polish off so that it didn't ruin my natural nails. My regular manicure also lasted a really long time. There were dividers in between each seat and in front of the customer and nail tech. I would've given them 5/5 for this experience alone. I came back to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I was a little surprised at the cost ($70) as the pedicure was subpar and it was a simple gel manicure with no designs. My cuticles also bled on one finger and all the other fingers were red and sensitive. This experience is what brought it down to 3/5. read more

The nail technician seemed fairly new and appeared to be practicing. The pedicure and manicure took forever and she missed some steps along the way. The pedicure was ok, but the gel Manicure was extremely subpar. I was planning on letting everything go, but when it came to the bill all the other techs were hovering around her and they tried to add an extra 5 dollars for some organic brand of nail polish that i was not made aware that I was choosing... they also charged 13 dollars for the lady who comes around and massages your back for a few minutes while you are sitting through your manicure. I was expecting them to take some money off for the bad manicure and for someone who was clearly still training, but they did the opposite and added more money! Too bad their greed lost them a customer. The nail technician herself was very nice and I'm sure with a little bit more time she will be great. read more

This is the worst place ever to get Eye brows. I went in and came out worst then when I went in. They didn't clean my eye bows, shape or prep them before waxing them. Then the worst part happened she told me she couldn't shape my eye rows because she didn't know how and that she cut part of my eye brow because of a surgical cut over my eyebrow. Everytime I go here I am more and more disappointed. My mani/pedi are ALWAYS rushed, and the staff could not be more unpleasant. The girls stand in your face rushing you to find a nail color, and my manicure is over within ten minutes. Not only is it over, but it chips the next day. Both my mani/pedi were rushed through - they didn't do the usual nice-to-haves, such as massage with warm lotion, exfoliating, remembering to take off jewelry. I will never go here again. I was completely disrespected. I made an appointment for eyelash extensions. Once I was halfway through the lady who was doing them asked me if I could come back another day to finish. I obviously told her no, as this was an appointment made well in advance and I would not be walking around with half done eyelashes. She said ok and supposedly finished. I paid, left a good tip- well over 20% since it was over an hour, and left. I get a call two days later from the eyelash tech asking if I can come back in for her to finish. I was livid. She basically lied to me and told me they were done when they weren't and then called me two days later saying I should come back. I'm completely disgusted. Will never step foot in there ever again. I'm new to the area and was looking for a new nail place....CS was a huge disappointment. Who on LI charges $25 for a pedicure and doesn't include a shoulder rub? She cleaned my nails and polished them-wow-could have done that myself. A pedi should be relaxing. She slapped my feet with the back of her hand for 2 minutes. Am I paying another $5 because they drop a lemon wedge in the water? She wasn't even nice. And they give you your change in 5 dollar bills so unless you bring singles you have to tip 5 even if she's awful. I shouldn't have tipped her at all--DO NOT GO THERE! read more
