For my friend's birthday, I wanted to take her to get her lashes done and I found this super cute place on Google. She chose to get a lash lift done and I booked her an appointment with Astrid. Upon entering, she greeted us with friendliness and amazing hospitality and made us feel at home. The inside of this place is so cute and gives off an amazing atmosphere with its pink decorations / furniture. It was my friends first time getting a lash lift done so she was a little nervous, but Astrid walked her through the process of a lash lift and explained everything she was doing with the upmost care and made her feel very comfortable and safe. She was most scared about any pain and discomfort and she told me she felt nothing! When everything was finished, my friend was in LOVEE with her eyelashes and she had such an amazing experience here. She told me she never felt so safe at a beauty salon in comparison to other places she has went to previously. So I want to make a wonderful review because this experience was amazing! I was shocked I didn't find this place sooner but it all worked out. So I was nervous because I know that sugaring is different than waxing in it's technique but I was shocked that I felt 50% less pain, no soreness and no stickiness! Astrid was knowledgeable and explained the process a long the way. I'm so excited to see how long it lasts. Btw the butt strip hurts the least so don't shy away from getting a Brazilian. Let me tell you something about Sharmel, she is THE ABSOLUTE BEST SUGARISTA I EVER had. The only person I will allow to wax me. I don't understand how a person can be so gentle when waxing but she's truly an expert at it. I used to be terrified of getting a wax after going to EWC and having a HORRIBLE experience. I tried sugaring with someone else and I couldn't finish. Once I booked with Sharmel I never looked back! Not only is she awesome at what she does but she has such a welcoming presence. amazing experience. as a man this was my first time getting a wax I've always been skeptical about getting a wax but since I'm going on vacation I decided to give it a try. the staff there were very kind and welcoming. Shadae was my sugarista for my first time at this location, she was very personable, relatable and worked very efficiently.
