It is sooo nice in here. Much nicer than a lot of the more expensive salons i find in the city. I only got a manicure but it was really relaxing with the background music. The girl I had, Tiffany looked really young but she did a great job. I had cut the top half of my nail off on accident while chopping vegetables and I was nervous a tech would just rush through it and file on the skin and not listen to me asking to go slow with that and not cut it. She was really good and was able to take her time to buff what was remaining of the nail out so although it's super short it still blends with the others. She even went back and added extra cuticle oil on to the exposed raw skin for that nail. They have an extensive selection for gel colors and are upfront about the varying costs. Great business model as well, with their loyalty cards and cash back rewards program incentivizing me to come back when in the area.

I made a mistake recently at one of those foot massage parlors. With a little miscommunication I ended up thrown in a massage "room" and just went with it. It started lame with a towel over my entire back for a few minutes to which I abruptly told them I had to go so only 30 minutes (really just came in for the feet). Then all of a sudden the towel came off and for some reason my "massage" lady spent an obscene amount of time focusing on my @$$. I felt violated and more tense than when I started. Of all the things I spend energy on, healing and health deserve more love, and Healing Hearts is the real deal. The therapist that treated me was Melissa. She was great, worked out the knots without going too crazy. I didn't really remember the last 45 minutes cause I was out like a light. Now, I feel de-stressed and less knotted up. I took advantage of the free coffee after the massage. I needed that or I would have fell asleep in lobby :) I don't use any of the creams but they have a ton of products that they say sell really well, especially the Jan Marini line. The ladies at the front desk kept an eye on my kids and were very friendly and helpful. Tatiana brought some twizzlers over for the kids because they were being super quiet a behaving. It's in a shopping center that used to be part of the old republic Airport so it is enormous, plenty of parking at all times, and lots of other good shops and restaurants, plus a showcase cinema (luxury movie theater). The massage : It left a lot to be desired. The masseuse was kind and asked about my problem areas but I feel had a hard time addressing them. (Not enough pressure) I had to reiterate that I needed her to address the area. Just wasn't what I needed. The lotion or oil she used was very cold. (Heated bed offset but still a little unpleasant) The masseause left so much of it on my body I had to rub in after she left. It was greasy and visible. I went in at 11:20 and was already paying by 12:07. What should've been a 60 minute massage was 47 minutes from the min. I walked in until the moment I changed got up and paid. At 135.00 a service you expect to at the very least get a full 60 minutes. Overall: If you are looking for a relaxing calm cost effecient massage. Go somewhere else there are many nice places with more availability that will even offer tea after a FULL 60 min. massage for way less. 2 stars for the heated bed, scented lotions, and smiles from staff

I took one star away because the receptionist didn't ask me if I'd like to book a blowout and it slipped my mind. The salon was very busy and were not able to accommodate my last minute request.
