She got angry and said I should've asked for a cut instead. Then proceeds to just clip the nails where they became shorter than the original ones I was trying to match. Overall unpleasant experience. She didn't even apologize and had a lot of attitude. There are 5 other salons within walking distance. No need to pay money here just to suffer. My gel also lifted 5 hours the same day.

Some of the girls at work had been raving about this salon, and since I'm new to the area, I decided to give them a try. I wasn't sure if they were appointment-only, so I called, and the sweetest lady answered the phone and was kind enough to squeeze me in for their last appointment of the day. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was immediately greeted, and I honestly could not get over how beautiful, clean, and inviting the salon was. The level of kindness from everyone was something I haven't experienced at a nail salon before. I believe the woman who helped me when I came in was named Tammy or Thalia -- please forgive me for not remembering! She was SO sweet. She took the time to explain the different services they offer and even pre-scheduled my next appointment for me. The fact that she took the initiative to do that, while also accommodating me at the very end of their day, meant so much. I had Nuri for my Russian manicure, and she was absolutely wonderful! My nails were hurting badly from the crack, and she was incredibly gentle and patient with me. The amount of care she put into cleaning my cuticles was impressive. She filed and shortened my nails exactly how I wanted them, and I never once felt rushed. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work. And the COLOR SELECTION! The choices are endless. I don't know how I'm ever supposed to pick a color! This was also my first experience with a Russian manicure, and I genuinely don't think I can go back to a regular manicure now. Russian manicure is definitely the way to go! Another huge plus for me is that they accept credit cards as well as Zelle/Venmo. As a corporate girly who is constantly on the run and rarely carries cash, I absolutely appreciate that! The salon is also conveniently located not too far from the hospital, which makes it even better for me. I'm naturally very shy, but these ladies made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. You can tell they are incredibly hardworking and truly care about their clients and the experience they provide. I already can't wait for my next appointment! I'm looking forward to trying their Russian pedicure, and I definitely want to come back for a facial, brows, and lashes too. They also were not as sanitary, as they didn't clean all the tools prior to use. This is the biggest issue because they didn't clean their tools and cut my fiancé's skin, which is leading to a deep cut with an infection. I wouldn't recommend coming here as the experience was horrible, it was overly priced for the work that was done as well. I don't expect any apology or compensation as it isn't even worth to coming back here.
