Duck shape ugly bubbly nails and they charged me over $60 for it, and I was even kind enough to tip even though I hate them. If I could re do it all again I would never even go there. read more

The manager Yvonna is one of the nastiest people I have ever met. I know 5 women who won't go there anymore because of the way she treats people. I continued to go even tho she treated me horribly because she actually does a gel manicure where my nails don't break everyday. But it's not worth it anymore because she is HORRIBLE to customers. Like actually a terribly mean, nasty person!!!! Would love to speak to the owner but she won't give the owners info (it's probably her). Oh and they will talk so so much about every customer in chinese and don't care at all if you literally call them out. Brought my daughters in today and thought she'd be decent to me with my kids there. She did not even say hi to us. I sat my daughters down in the chairs, I sat myself down. The only thing she said to me the whole appointment was "it's five dollars more for 3 colors" And she said it to me when my daughters manicure was nearly finished. One of her employees yelled at my daughter for messing up a nail. I had to ask her to please be patient as my daughter is FOUR and has only had a manicure once before in her life. Needless to say, I am never going back after eight months of being treated like sh*t and paying out of my nose. My friends have their own stories to tell about Yvonna. It's not even clean in there. First let me start off by saying that I never write reviews. This is by far the worst place I have ever gone to for a manicure and pedicure. The owner, who did my nails, rushed through both and did a horrible job. My toes nails were not shaped so that they were uneven and the nail polish application had to be repeated. The gel manicure that I had previously done was not removed properly and after she applied the new polish my finger nails were left with drip marks. When I told her that my nails needed to be fixed, she got very defensive causing a scene in front of the other customers. I will never ever set foot in this place again. read more

Not happy at all! Giving 2 stars because the place is clean. Came in as a first time customer for gel mani & pedi totally to $90 which was insane but with it being conveniently close to my job I was considering returning as a client until my mani/pedi polish both turned from pink to yellow in 2 days. When I returned this morning to see what could be done, since I just was there Friday evening I was told I needed to pay the same price I paid 2 days ago. I walked in with an open mind to pay something towards the service of correcting this polish issues, but did not think I would need to pay again $90 plus tip 2 days later. Not only did they charge extra fir using 3 different colors.. one color on a nail .. another color on 2 nails... and a base color for the nails that had a "design" ... and what i mean by design please look at the photo.. I gave 2 stars because the nail place looked very nice but the woman was coughing on me while doing my nails sorry I don't want the flu. Then I was drying my nails they looked eh and I messed up on 2 nails and im sorry I'm not perfect you don't have to be rude when I mess up my nails. She didn't even take off my polish and re-due them she just painted over the mess! It looked terrible and the rest of the day I did nothing and the polish was completely gone the next day!!!! I tried Z one out of curiosity , and I ended up falling in love with this nail salon! They make you feel welcomed as soon as you come in , first nail salon that I've been to that has ever offered me water or tea. Yvonna is the sweetest , Evelyn shapes my eyebrows exactly how I like them . The only problem I have had there is choosing a color, with so many choices of SNS colors they have to pick from! I am very detailed and picky about my nail salons but Z one exceeds all my expectations from their cleanliness, to how funny and friendly they are and how good they are at their job! read more
