Then the manager came over and she just told to go wash my my hands, even though my nails were still wet. I was not about to go through the whole process again so I asked for my money back. The Manager refused to give me my money back, because she said they filed my nails. Ummmm WTF... I gave you $14 for the manicure and a $6 tip and I don't see any nail polish. But after fighting with them for 10 minutes, I just gave up and walked out. My 13 year old son could have done a better job!!! And btw I am pretty positive the lady who did my nails did not have her license. Please do yourself a favor and never go to "Best" Nails.

I was greeted by Rachel at the front desk who was very friendly. Luckily, while 5 other technicians were busy with a client, there was 1 lady named Lea who was free and able to attend to me. I got a regular manicure pedicure due because my clinicals does not allow artificial nails. I was guided to a wall of nail colors where I immediately found the shade I wanted. Then, I was led to a massage chair for my pedicure. Lea provided me with disposable make-shift flip-flops and separated my toes with paper before she started filing and buffing my toenails. The pedicure included a foot spa where my feet was submerged in warm water, applied exfoliating scrub, cleansed of dead skin, moisturized, and then wiped with a hot towel. Once my toes were done, we moved to a manicure station where my fingers were soaked in a bowl of water after filing and buffing. She squeezed some cuticle oil on my nails before she removed the cuticles. Afterwards, she wrapped my hands with a hot towel and began applying the nail polish. The longest part was probably the drying. Thankfully, there was a long ceramic table with built in fans for the hands and feet! Once it fully dried to the extent I didn't feel my nails sticking to each other, I discarded the toe separator and towels. The place is very spacious and clean. They also had some back to school promotions going on. Will definitely be back! Other services they offer are sculpting, waxing, and eyelash extensions.

Every other nail salon I went to in the past told me that sns was best and helped your nails the most. But clearly not true for my nails. She recommended that I get gel done for them to allow them to heal, and grow out. She explained to me why gel was better for me. She said in the future all I would need is the uv gel filling.
